Couldn’t do alignment on the day because they didn’t have the codes?? They were to call me back in a couple of days but that was a week ago. I have tried calling the branch but no one is answering. Can i get my money back immediately.

I've used Protyre a few times now and find them good to deal with and friendly. MoT this time, dropped it off, went and did something else and it was ready when I got back. All good.

Arrogance and misogyny
The man who was on reception was very arrogant and misogynistic! Gave us a price that was almost double than multiple other companies! I have also heard that they specifically charge extra for those that are female and elderly to scam people, and I am inclined to believe this is true!

An all round great experience
Easy to book a convenient appointment online. The person I spoke to was friendly and went through the diagnostic report with me and explained everything. I’d definitely use them again.
