There work is excellent
There work is excellent, there communication is great and keep you informed the whole way through.
All the staff are friendly, but as a woman going into a garage kath and the other girl (sorry don’t know your name) always make me feel at ease & are very patient, explain everything to me as I know very little about cars.
Iv been using this garage now for a few years & wouldn’t go anywhere else in Pembrokeshire.

Top class service
I needed 2 front tyres and went online to book and the process was so easy from choosing what tyres you want, extra services and selecting a day and time slot and paying upfront. Turned up and was seen to straight away and had added the free tyre alignment check which turned out to be a good thing as needed all 4 tyres realigning. An extra cost but well worth it.

The receptionist was helpful when I…phoned
The receptionist was helpful when I phoned and enquired about air con service. I was offered a appointment within the hour I was told It would be about one hour and the cost. I accepted the appointment and took my car to the garage. It was ready within the hour and I paid the sum due. Very happy with the service and courteous staff. I would recommend pro tyre to my friends and family. I have purchased tyres from them previously.

Excellent tyre shop
On our first visit to Protyre. We had a puncture, but it was unrepairable. We were very impressed by the courtesy and customer service by Becky. We visited another 2 times to have new tyres fitted..every visit was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

I recently had the air con recharge done. At the time there was a 25% discount offer. I left my car with Harris Bros for an hour. Upon my return everything was done. Fast & friendly service
