Avoid like the plague over priced - another example, my mrs took her car in one year only 1 advisory windscreen wipe nothing else - the next year took it in didn’t replace the wiper but it magically fixed itself yet failed on half a dozen other issues & they priced it just under £1300 ridiculous & it had over that year done less than a 1000 miles took it to another garage who said that that was very harsh & that at worst should have been an advisory for less than half the items listed - took another vehicle for breaks & disks over £300 as I took them for there word then out of curiosity afterwards got a quote the cheapest was over a £100 less so if you want your eyes taken out with smile go there but if you value honesty & piece of mind stay well clear - another example took my car in for suspension. got it back with over an extra 70miles on the clock when asked about the extra miles the answer we had to check the suspension - they must of taken it out in sports mode nearly half a tank petrol gone so you have been warned

Took up the offer of £10 discount for summer MOT and paid on line. Not able to apply code at checkout but centre sorted out for me no problem. Returned the car for necessary work after failing MOT. Centre only gave me first sheet of invoice which didn’t show full bill. Also charged me again for the MOT. I called to query and email sent with full bill and allegedly refund applied for second MOT charge in centre. Queried no refund at centre the following Monday advised that they would speak to head office and call back 4:30 same day. Call not returned. Today I have been given 4 different phone numbers 1 from google and 3 internal before getting through. My refund had not been requested and authorisation is now being sought from the area manager. I am sure the work is fine but customer service is lacking. I have added another star as my query has been resolved today and the centre has called me also I have had an update from customer service

Great price for tyres, made appointment for fitting completed in 40 minutes friendly staff. Deducted a point for leaving that white stuff around 2 of the tyres.
