Reception staff really professional and helped resolve my difficult issues in contrast to other garages who did not. MOT then promptly carried out with comprehensive advice. 5 stars -- 6 if I could.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I booked my car in on-line for 4 new tyres. I thought they were worn and wouldn’t pass a MOT. The guys inspected them and said they were only about 50% worn and had plenty of life in them. They refunded the money very quickly. I’m sure other companies would have done the job anyway and I wouldn’t have been any the wiser. I’m really grateful to them. Will definitely use them when the time comes.

Brake pads and disc check
Great service provided. A different garage advised I needed new discs and pads, however, the team at pro tyre checked them for me and were very honest, advised they didn't yet need changing.

Craig and the team at Parkers industrial estate Derby are always polite and very helpful if you have undiagnosed problems with your car they go above and beyond and get you back on the road quickly and safely.

1st appointment cancelled because of computer problems.
2nd appointment cancelled because of technical problem.
3rd appointment ran very late. After 35 minutes I asked why my car had not moved. Failed MOT on tyre tread depth that I dispute as I had measured tyres just before the first appointment.
