An almost flat tyre
An almost flat tyre! Fearing we would need to purchase a new tyre, it was pleasant to be told that the tyre would be examined and repaired/saved if possible. The problem was found to be a screw had penetrated the tyre allowing the air to leak. In a short time the type was repaired, tested and we were back on the road. No one tried to sell us a new tyre, so their work and small charge was excellent and worth every penny.

I am writing to convey my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received at your branch on Saturday 5th September.
From the moment I arrived, I was met by a gentleman at the front counter who was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to discuss the condition of my vehicle with me, answered all of my questions clearly, and ensured that I fully understood the work that was to be undertaken. It is rare to encounter such a genuine and professional approach, and it made a considerable impression.
The technicians subsequently fitted four new tyres to my car. The standard of workmanship was excellent, and the task was completed efficiently and with great care. In addition, the team took the trouble to show me how badly worn my previous tyres had become and, in particular, demonstrated how severely the tracking, or wheel alignment, was out of specification. I was grateful for this transparency, as it enabled me to see precisely why the corrective alignment was necessary rather than simply being told that additional work was required.
I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all members of staff involved. Their hard work, professionalism and attention to detail have given me renewed confidence in the safety and handling of my vehicle. I genuinely feel safer on the road again, and that peace of mind is invaluable.
I regret that I did not note the name of the gentleman at the counter, but I hope you will be able to identify him from the date of my visit and pass on my thanks both to him and to the technicians who worked on my car. I shall certainly return for any future servicing or tyre requirements and will have no hesitation in recommending your establishment to friends, family and colleagues.

Bit of a shocker to have to replace four tyres in one go, but it is what it is and we have to suck it up at times. Protyre guys make it all a little bit easier by providing good advice and a friendly, efficient service, which helps take the sting out of the tail a little. I've always found the prices to be very competitive over the years and will continue to use them, although I hope not for a while 😁

Really impressed with Protyres Garage
Really impressed with Protyres Garage! I was able to book online easily for an air con regas the following day, which was really convenient.
The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful, and they had my car sorted incredibly quickly. The whole experience was hassle-free and efficient.
