Admittedly they were not particularly busy but having phoned prior to my arrival the replacement tyre had been selected to suit my tyres. Spare wheel removed with tyre and placed back in car. Faulty tyre checked and condemned, and new tyre fitted in the space of 10 minutes. Had almost all the workforce on the job, perfect.

Super impressed
Super impressed with Bathwick Tyres/Protyre. Had a flat tyre and bought replacement tyre online and booked a slot for fitting. They changed the tyre in 30 minutes while I wandered round the shops. Quick & easy. Friendly staff too. Brilliant.

Good speedy service overall
Good speedy service overall, however I've only given 5 stars because unfortunately my booked time slot had to be changed as the tyres were not delivered on time. But as far as the service I received from the staff was fine. Speedy, and even checked the tyres over again for me at a later date due to a clicking noise. It turns out tho it was totally unrelated to the tyres and fitting. They were very helpful even suggesting what the noise may actually be to me, as someone who knows very little about car mechanics. So I hope this helps with their service dials and service scores. Give them a bonus
