Urgent tyre replacement for my Honda. Received swift and friendly service had my car back on the road in less than half an hour. Very competitive price. 1st class service. I will definately use the Bridgend branch and will try the Pembroke branch.

My whole family has been coming here for years. Staff are so helpful and accommodating. Never had any complaints about the work I’ve had done on various cars over the years. Always great service. Love the free hot drinks in the waiting room!

The team went above and beyond to help!
The team went above and beyond to help me when I had two tyres with slow punctures! I had to re-visit for a new replacement tyre and they waited for me to arrive and had my car ready within 10 minutes. I cannot thank the team enough; I would not go anywhere else and thoroughly recommend them! Their customer service is excellent.

I ordered two rear tyres for my car and…
I ordered two rear tyres for my car and when I turned up the had ordered the wrong tyres so I was asked to return the next day. Upon returning the next day the wrong tyres had been delivered so they gave me free tracking and again had to return a third time. After leaving I noticed that the door trim had come off the inside of the drivers door and had been placed in the back of the car. I was not told this so on the third try for my tyres I spoke to one of the fitters and said I’m not raising a complaint but just for them to be aware. After driving away I noticed that the car was unstable on the road and decided to take the car somewhere else as I was not happy only to be told that the rear tracking on the car had not been touched to the point that they could show me the rusty bolts had in fact not been moved for a long time. Very poor service I have lost all trust in this company do not trust them with your car. And still waiting to be contacted to discuss the issues nearly three weeks ago I was told that the area manager would contact me by phone but still waiting.
