YOUNG GIRLS AVOID!
I went to this garage as my brakes were squeaking and was quoted £298, heard some fishy experiences off other people so decided to go to another garage to double check. Was quoted £70. Avoid!

Good prices, mediocre customer service.
I booked a slot online to have two tyres fitted and arrived on time. I stood in reception for 10 minutes unattended whilst various employees had smoking breaks (inside the doorway - it was raining!), and generally milled around. Eventually I was acknowledged and my car was booked in. There was then another 30 minute wait before my car entered the building. This was 9:30am so they shouldn't have been so far behind schedule, and thank goodness I didn't arrive the stipulated full 15 minutes before the appointment, else I would have waited even longer.
The good bits: Well the price of the tyres was the best I could find online. When my child needed the toilet, the customer toilets were new, and very clean and fresh. They didn't try to up-sell me with more tyres, tracking checks etc. just put the tyres on and "done, off you go".
Polish up the customer service a bit and they'd be spot on.

The staff are excellent
The staff are excellent. Could not be any more helpful if they tried, from the initial call and getting the tyres fitted.
The reception had a recent refurbishment is clean and tidy and plenty of seating.
I have been going there for the last 5 years and the service has always been excellent.
