The wheel alignment was done very well…
The wheel alignment was done very well however i do have one complaint
Environmental charge on my invoice please advise why this was charged for a wheel alignment ?
There was no environmental waste involved
Secondly I made sure this work could be done at minimal costs I.e no acetylene was required as I had made sure everything on the vehicle was free from seizure

Helpful and friendly worth 5 star.
We had brakes changed in a very professional manner and polite staff. Went back two days later and had a sensor fitted in our tyre always polite always helpful and prices were very reasonable.

Best Andover tyre outlet
Professional and pleasant attitude from all employees. Technicians who care about the work they are doing.
This combined with prices which can't be beaten make the Andover branch the place to go for tyres (and more).

I rang up about a particular trye which they got in for me the following morning.
Very professional and helpfull they done a great job explained all about the tryes would Definitely use again.

Garage seems to have an issue with corrosion
Garage seems to have an issue with removing corroded parts. Took a car in for a wheel alignments, they couldn't undo the corroded locking bolts, so I bought new tie rod ends thinking they needed replacing...I took it home and undid the locking bolts that they said couldn't be undone...with a ratchet.
Took another card to get all 4 tyres changed, and they wouldn't remove the bolts as they thought they were all cross threaded...so again, I took it home, and undid all the bolts and cleaned them in 30 minutes...they were just corroded.
As a garage, where you go to rectify issues like this, not very useful.
