18 days for delivery is an absolute joke. Ordered a tin of paint on 14th June, they didn't even dispatch it until the 1st of July.

Very professional.
I wish all companies were as good as this one to deal with.
Top class early delivery during these difficult times, item very well packaged.
Product is excellent and a delight to apply, all in all a very professional company whom I will be happy to deal with again.

When you say 10-15 days delivery it…
When you say 10-15 days delivery it should be 10-15 days not 22 days and still no delivery. Ring up last week 18 days after ordering still not sent from warehouse. Rang up today and was told the driver ran out of time. I have ordered from them a few times before never had a problem. Save yourself the hassle and shop else where!

Fantastic exterior wood stain used for our whole house exterior. Even during Covid I was able to speak to someone to update my order and get delivery in a few days. Very happy customer.

Protek Royal Exterior probelms
Protek Royal Exterior recommended by the supplier of the log cabin. Used both inside and out. Internally the colour supplied was incorrect and supplier replaced after a long delay. Externally the prduict is very poor. Did not cover well even though base layer of proteck stain block etc used. After one winter the coating is flaking in areas and is discoloured with black mould so needs repainting. Avoid

Royal Exterior Superior Wood Finish: Expensive but not durable
Protek's Royal Exterior paint was offered by my summerhouse supplier in 2017 as their premium (customer applied) finish. It was an expensive option. I've found it to be a very poor product. It didn't penetrate the wood, fades and peels. The summerhouse needs repainting every year.

Fantastic paint but..
Great products (I have used 4 colours of the Royal Exterior Paint). Lasts well and doesn't wash away or peel after only one Winter like most garden paint products seem to do. I'm not so happy with their customer service as they appear to be another company that fails to answer emails (there are lots of them around). In reality the product is worth 5 stars but the fact that they can't answer an email within a reasonable period means they lose one I'm sorry to say.

Great stuff!
This stuff is absolutely brilliant. Cheap and easy to apply, although it is a bit runny. Delivery is a amazingly prompt. It is absorbed into the wood rather than lying in the surface to peal off. Gives a lovely finish. Highly recommended for fences, sheds etc. Really good product.
