I have ordered loads on pre-order which were not fulfilled and made me completely lose out on obtaining items which I now can not get for my collection, disappointed is an understatement, I will not be using them again - my advice is go elsewhere for pre-ordering, other places have always supplied my preorders. Very poor customer service - beware.

Pre ordered a marvel legends figure back in june and it was said to release in july, order was delayed because of a family matter which i can live with but it is now 2 weeks into august and i still havent heard back from them even after sending an email to see whats happening, a bunch of crooks who will take your money then ghost you, my son just wants his birthday present!
They claimed to not have seen my email most likely because i sent the email from a different email address but they also claimed to reply to emails within 24 hours but i have still not been answered

Product as advertised. A rare product that was difficult to trace anywhere else at a very competitive price. Communication regarding being out of office for a business trip was immediate and gave a clear timeline. Despite returning to office on a Friday, the product was despatched immediately and arrived the next day.
A great company and will definitely use again.

Have bought a few different orders from this company and ive used a lot of different companys but this one is up there. Never had a problem and items are always packed in bomb proof boxes.

I've placed two orders with this store and unfortunately both of them caused a lot of stress and issues and I'd of been better buying from a different small business or larger stockist.

My first order was 8/5/23 for a doll that was on preorder. I wanted to preorder so I could get her as soon as she became available & other larger stores (Smyth's, Argos, Amazon etc) didn't offer any pre-ordering. I contacted the shop on 2/7/23 to ask for an update on my order as she had been in stock with other stores for nearly two weeks and I'd heard nothing of my order. They responded the following day citing stockist issues & their shipment being held up but assured me their shipment would arrive the following week and I was so happy because my doll would come soon! I contacted them again on 16/7/23 and 20/7/23 as I still hadn't received my order. This is because the store went on holiday, so my doll was delayed even more. If I had of known about the holiday, I would have simply ordered from a different store at this point. My doll was shipped 24/7/23 (without the expedited shipping I had paid for) and that was that.

My next order was far more recent, I figured so long as I didn't order with a holiday upcoming of an in stock doll I'd have no issues! I ordered 27/3/24 and didn't catch (not sure if it was on the website or not at this time but definitely not on social medias) that the store was going on holiday again over the Easter break. This holiday went from 28/3/24 to 8/4/24 and I was happy to wait for my doll knowing there would be no more delays after that! I was, unfortunately, wrong. I contacted the store 9/4/24 just to check in on the order after the holiday was over, and got an email back 10/4/24 to inform me they've done the stock wrong. They do not have stock of this doll, and my order has been cancelled.

While admittedly I've gotten unlucky with the timings of holidays, the store has had stock issues both times I've ordered & significant delays to my orders so I'll just be buying from big box stores which is a shame as I'd really love to support smaller businesses. I am sincerely hoping that this truly is just a case of bad luck, because Curtis seems lovely & apologetic on his end! But I don't see myself ordering from this store in the future and wouldn't reccomend it to other Monster High fans or collectors

I received the product in perfect condition. This company cares about the quality of its products and customer orders. I recommend it 100%

As a returning customer I once again received excellent service from Props & Replicas. I have made several orders over the past year and had no issues whatsoever, they have always delivered promptly and well packaged.

Had missed out on a figure when they were first released and signed up to be notified when back in stock. Got an email saying it was back in stock late on Thursday night, ordered straightaway. Received another email on Friday saying it was dispatched and come Monday afternoon I had the figure in hand!

As always packed with care and consideration, so if you're an 'in box' collector then you cannot go wrong by using Props & Replicas!

Outstanding overall!

There is such a wide variety of items they stock away from the standard Hasbro/McFarlane releases which is fantastic as there is always something different which catches my eye and always keep the prices as low as possible, which is a Godsend to collectors like me.

I can't recommend this company enough!

Late last year I tried to buy a DC
. Action figures from them and I got a email from them saying they were postage charges onto of original price so I cancelled my order if you are going to sell too International buyer's make sure you have a good idea what it may cost and put it on your Site not hitting your customer up for postage after Purchase

Had a pre-order Batman Returns figure delivery, everything was so well packed as usual the box arrived mint, great for in box collectors. Very happy with purchase.

Pre-ordered item in spring, item expected end of year. Waited …and never heard anything again! Item now "sold out" on their website.

Tried to get a refund via PayPal but 180 days have elapsed since I paid (it was a pre-order).

The upside is that I never paid the full amount for the pre-order but chose the 10% deposit instead. If I hadn't, I'd be £38 out of pocket for a pre-order Props & Replicas never fulfilled rather than just £3.80.

So beware!

I’ve used this company several times and each time it’s been outstanding service.

My recent purchase was for a figure that is now becoming hard to find and was at a great price. Ordered over Christmas and was sent out on the day they came back. Arrived quickly and very well packaged.

Great service, just had to leave a review. I normally wouldn't but this company pulled out all the stops to get my order delivered before Christmas despite unexpected issues. I have bought from here many time before without issue. Great. Definitely recommend.

Great website with awesome prices. Always great when there’s an issue or question about orders or pre order releases always fast and helpful.

Just all round fantastic, goes above and beyond everytime!

Made an order which included 2 items on pre-order. I paid in full for all 4 items and was advised of an October/November delivery date.
After not hearing from the company come the end of October I emailed them requesting an update on the order.
I was advised that the pre-ordered figures had not arrived. I questioned the rest of the order and was advised that I would have to pay extra for the delivery should I want the items currently in stock. I agreed to wait for the pre-order items also.
Another month passed by with no communication from this company who had now had the money for 2 months. I emailed requesting a full refund as they had not fulfilled my order and I question if they ever I tended on fulfilling my order. I was advised they are a family run company and during november and december time can get away from them..(whatever that means) unfortunately they had not received the items from mcfarlane. Therefore this begs the question as to when they intended on telling me they weren't receiving the items. They also advised they have 500+ pre-orders... as a qualified fraud investigator of many years it concerns me that this company are holding a considerable amount of money, from customers who may not receive their items.
I would recommend every customer request refund on pre-ordered items and order from a more reputable company who have the items in stock!

Can't praise this company highly enough - very friendly, fast and patient customer service when I needed to change the address on my order a few times due to an unexpected house move. They even offered to split my order and send the available items out seperately so I didn't have to wait for all of them to come into stock. Their communication is absolutely amazing and always fast to reply, my items arrived safely and in excellent condition thanks to the careful packaging but I have no doubt if there was a problem that it would be dealt with promptly. Many thanks for such a wonderful customer experience, I'll definitely be purchasing again! :)
