Can’t make an order as they never get back to you , also their parcel turn up after 6 pm even though it’s 24 hour tracked so the food is sitting in a van for 2 days or in my case 5 days . I ordered the Friday before 130pm thinking I’d get it Saturday but got it yesterday . I spend a lot of money with this company but waiting to put an order in now and they can’t even tell me when to expect it . Think I’ll look somewhere else . Shame as puppy loved the products

My dog thinks he is in heaven. Thank you to Keera for the hand written "Thank you for your order"and all the items well packed. Teddy my 4 month old cockapoo loves all the bits he can just sit for hours and chew. Collagen sticks, Pizzels, Biltong and Chicken Necks and lots more. We are regular customers and it will continue. Easy website to navigate and Very fast delivery.

I have used this site for awhile but in the last month I have had major issues with my online sales. Firstly the payment system doesn’t seem to like PayPal so not sure why they bother to offer it. When I have put my card details in it all goes through and the money is debited but when it returns you to the merchant you get some message saying ‘internal server error’, or similar. The first time I had numerous phone calls with the owner, who initially said the fault was mine, but then he looked at the transactions and saw the fault lay with his site.

I have gone onto the site again and the same thing has happened. Still not accepting PayPal and has now taken my payment from my bank and I get the error message. Totally frustrating and doesn’t appear to have been fixed.

Highly recommend, extraordinarily good customer service and fantastic products!

We have recently brought home a little lab puppy. It was recommended we get her some natural chews (instead of our feet and hands!) and I found this company. We opted for the puppy spring bag with a mix of chews and it included 100% sprats and duck treats which we are using for training. Our pup loved the pizzle stick and rabbit ears were a massive hit.
Ordering was super easy, we used a discount code upon sign up, opted for next day delivery and everything we ordered arrived in excellent packaging and on time.
We also ordered some salmon oil for our senior lab and she laps it up.
Will definitely be ordering again. 100% recommend.

Well i shocked no negative reviews to be honest i have had no problems with proper natural with orders or products my only issue was the site wouldn’t recognise my email although was receiving them all the time i did email them and that was my problem no response whatsoever although still receiving marketing emails i really hope for response as i say been perfect up to now and my doggy loves their products.

How very satisfying to find a company that gos above and beyond to help there customers I can’t thank them enough.
Good quality pet treats, dog toys are what they say not fakes, no rip off prices delivery's as promised so glad I found this pet shop while searching for a particular kong toy.

I received a discount code by email from Proper Natural but when entering it on the checkout page I received a message telling me the code was either invalid or it had expired. I sent off an email querying this and received a reply after an hour or so advising me that a new code had been generated for me and also applied to my account for the next three orders. My ordered items were with me in less than 48 hours. Absolutely first class service from this company!

I would not buy my puppy lab’s chews anywhere else. Natural products such as ears, pizzles, pigs in blankets! Such healthy, tasty (according to my puppy!) chews. They also do 100% training treats which are a hit. Delivery is so fast at normal postage price. Amazing business.
