Roger was so helpful getting our file set up correctly, and communicated throughout the process until the books were delivered to us. They look great, and the price was great as well

This is a fantastic printing company! Roger especially was absolutely incredible from start to finish, as he communicated everything so efficiently and was super helpful with all my questions. It was my first time ordering products from China and I am so glad I chose this Printing company. Everything went seamlessly. Printed in China are super transparent, efficient and communicate very well. They always reply quickly to any email queries and provide lots of guidance. The paper and finish were super high quality and delivered within the time frame given. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to use this company. Thank you so much for your amazing service, especially to Roger and the team involved with my products.

Roger was great to work with. He ensured all of the Pantone colours were bang on and the end product was amazing! Great prices, awesome service and quality products.

The team at printedinchinaonline have been absolutely fantastic. This was the first time we had sent our print requirements offshore, and the quality was amazing.

I have been working with the team at printedinchinapm;ien.com----for many years. I have found them to be super efficient from quoting a price to delivery of our catalogs always on time and beautifully printed.

PrintedinChinaOnline provided a great project and great customer service. This order was the first International order I have ever processed, and my rep walked me thru step by step.

And the material arrived a week early. It was as pleasurable an experience as it could be.

The whole process was flawless. The team helping with ordering followed through until my books were in hand.
This was definitely a WONDERFUL experience. I would absolutely order from Union Printing Company LTD again. The books are perfect.
The team I worked with is the BEST! Thank you.

Very through and thoughtful in helping me print my first children’s book. Every step of the way the team made sure to communicate clearly what was needed on my end and assisted me in getting the best possible outcome for my book.
I can’t wait to work with them again on my next book!

These guys get things done.... faster and as expected. Roger was very helpful in ensuring our order is done to a high standard and delivered in time. Would be back for more business.

I had my first offset short-run of specialty hardcover picture books made with PrintedinChina and shipped overseas to my location in Canada in the later half of 2024. My book has some special features, such as fairly intricate gold foil debossing on the front and back covers and spine. I couldn’t be happier with the results! The craftsmanship of the binding (Smyth sewn) and the treatment of the specialty cover are great. Also, the quality of the interior (B&W) printing is fantastic, considering that the illustrations in the book are reproductions of graphite drawings, which can often be tricky to reproduce accurately in print. All of this and the pricing was incredibly fair. The shipment arrived on time in good condition, with prompt communications and updates throughout the entire process. The company was a pleasure to work with all in all. Highly recommend!

The quality of the product is pretty good, especially for such a competitive price. I appreciate the patient and effective communication to nail down the specifications.

Great quality! Great communication! The team at Printed in China Online are fantastic to work with and I look forward to working with them again in the very near future. Highly recommend

Dear PrintedinChinaOnline team, thank you for your high-quality work, colorful printing, good and reliable packaging, speed, fast delivery, as well as for your patience and help in the entire process from A to Z. I am incredibly glad to work with you and I am sure that I will return again and again! Good luck to you. Thanks again!

I just received my first pallet of my books. I was nervous at first, but the whole process went exactly as scheduled and the books look fantastic. I especially appreciate being able to communicate with a native English speaker on the customer service side. Now I'm looking forward to scaling up in the future.

My name is David. I’m from Brazil. PrintedinchinaOnline just printed some personal books for me. My life project and they did a suberb job. The quality of the materials and printing is 1000%!!!
I’m very pleased!!! They have the expertise and Roger from PCO was very patient and professional. Thank you!!!

Roger at Printed in China Online helped me with printing my books and flashcards. It was my very first attempt at creating a book and flashcards. He did a great job! His communication was great and very clear. He was super helpful, patient and kind, despite all my questions and changes. I felt I was in good hands. He is very trustworthy !

I was nervous about reaching out to an overseas company for my printing needs but I had a very smooth and helpful experience. The costs were also very reasonable! The quality of work was very high and again, communication great too.

Every year we print with Print in China the issues of our magazines to be distributed at China Glass.
We found the quality of their printing and their service excellent.

I am thrilled with my books and the service I received! I had so many questions and Roger answered immediately every question I had. I feel certain other companies would not provide this excellent communication and service. I have 2500 books on their way to me! And to be honest, at first, I was nervous to get my books done overseas because I was concerned about the communication and if the business practices might be different over there. However, communication was never an issue and service exceeded my expectations. And I have already printed my children's books in the US and also in Canada and it was crazy expensive in my opinion. The price of the books and the customer service provided far surpassed those companies. Unfortunately, the US printing company was really poor experience for me. So, this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made to help get more profit out of my books. Also, with Printed in China Online they sent me an actual book as a test. In US and Canada they only sent me giant pieces of paper with the illustrations which only really allows you to check for the coloring on the paper. But getting an actual book allowed me to really evaluate my product and I was able to make more changes that made my end book even better. This really is a superior way to getting books done. Highly recommend.

Top stars to Printed in China Online and rep Roger from start to finish we experienced prompt, excellent and cheerful customer service. Fast turn around-- everything from delivery to the fantastic quality of the final product was five stars PLUS!

I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the books they printed for me. Roger went above and beyond for me on several occasions. He was thoughtful and careful throughout the entire process. By the time the books arrived I was completely overwhelmed with excitement by how well they turned out. Look no further! This is the man for the job!
