I confirm all the negative reviews, they're most likely true. They sent me the wrong part and then tell me that they don't do refunds, so I took the loss and reordered when I knew it wasn't my fault. I received the new part and it didn't last a week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY...

they sent the wrong parts after 5 letters and 4 phone call they wanted me to pay 10% restocking fee plus shipping.I would wind up getting abut $10.00 back. not worth my trouble so I trashed the parts and won't deal with them again I bought through Amazon and the would not help me. so I do not buy auto parts from them.

Their product is cheap and warranty service is not good. Strut lasted 9 months. Make sure you take the warranty because the part does not last. Original struts were in for 9 years. Brutal

I have been ordering parts on this website for years and now i order a set of wheel bearing for the cars and they didn't fit. Price for both was 95$. They wanted me to pay the shipping back (60$) plus 10% restocking fees in order to send me the right parts. I ordered the year that was on the identification plate of the veh but according to the vin it is 1 year off. 

Now im stock with 2 wheels bearing because i refuse to pay like 70$ to ship them back to get a replacement.

Customer service doesnt want to do anything. 

If you can i do recomend to buy somewhere else that you are sure it wont screw you over when its a mistake on the parts. 

I did filed a waranty claim months ago and still dont have any answer on it.

Terrible company to order parts from. My wife's van was needing a bunch of front end work done. I ordered a 4 piece kit from them which included the two front struts and two stabalizer bar links. I got them in the mail but still needed a few more parts so needed to wait a couple for a couple of paychecks as I am the only one working and my wife is on maternity leave. After getting all the parts we installed them and took it for an alignment and found the struts were making noise. Upon calling auto shack them looked up our parts and told us they were not for our vehicle but one a few years older. They said I must have ordered the wrong parts and that they would not do anything about it because it was my mistake. I looked at my order and it says that I was looking at my vehicle which is a 2013 dodge grand caravan. They had the wrong parts on their website saying it will fit our vehicle and sold me the wrong parts and then blamed me for buying the wrong parts. Then when my wife called them the supervisor refused to talk to her so the customer service agent had to mediate between them and in the end they said we waited to long to call as they have a two week return policy.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!! spend the extra money to make sure you do not get ripped off! Ordered part off of eBay. The wrong part was shipped (their error) and they want us to pay shipping to send it back and restock fee of 10%. Multiple calls have been made, they will not let us speak to a supervisor. They said we need to screen shot the post that said the part which has miraculously disappeared. Looked reviews up on BBB and apparently they do this to ALOT of people. SO STAY AWAW FROM THIS SITE AND AFFILIATES.

This is the complaint I filed with the BBB regarding the office in NY

On August 11, 2019 I ordered a radiator for my friend’s2007 Honda Civic. The computer said there was an error and could not process the order. We tried it again and the order processed. The total purchase was $67 and change. $20 of that was shipping.

A few days later The radiator arrived then either the following day or the day after that, a second radiator arrived. I immediately asked my friend if she was charged twice and she said yes. So since it was after hours I sent them a message on their website. After about a week and a half I heard nothing back so I finally was able to call them during their business hours since I live in Hawaii.

I was told I could return the item no problem. When I received the email that’s when I learned that I had to pay for shipping back which was $20 and I would only get a refund -10% for restocking. Which would leave me about $18 out of the $67 original investment.

I called and asked them what the reason for this was and I was told that the company sees the fault of the double order as being my own. That is their company policy and nothing can be done about it.

I asked if there was a manager or someone I could discuss the issue with and they said absolutely no one was available to help me.

Auto shack. Ordered an intake manifold for a 2010 f150 with the 4.6. the intake has a water crossover that mounts to the front of it on either side. The new intake was missing mounting holes for that crossover. 3 out of 6 holes to be exact. I drilled new holes in it so I could properly mount crossover had I not the crossover would have leaked as it was a very loose fit. But i made it work and was 250 dollars cheaper then ordering at Parts store. Quality control was not existent I feel like somebody 3d printed it in there basement and threw it in a box. BE WARNED

I've ordered from them 3 times now. Struts - held up fine for a year until I sold the minivan. Brakepads and rotors for an f150 - they seem fine, fit well and about as good as what I would get here in town but at half the cost. Latest order was a wheel bearing - 6 months warranty item so I am not expecting much but it's a vehicle that sees 5000km/year so it may last a while.
Shipping is always really fast, and no problem with fit of parts etc.

Here's my issue.

Personally I'm "trying" to rate Auto Shack. Two names already.
Theyre page lists them as being from Alexandria NY.
Their from Canada.
Once I purchased parts the invoice shows their true location.
This brings question..
Why must they lie... And list NY?
2 names 2 locations?
Who?
Where are complaints directed?
Under which countrys jurisdiction?

I ordered a pair of struts for my vehicle from AUTOSHACK. This is the worst place to buy. It got a pair of struts allright but both struts were not the same model (one coil spring was much bigger than the other one). I called them and they tried very hard to put the blame on me for not ordering the right product. After I was able to prove it was their own mistake, I was told I would get a refund if I return the products within 10 days. First, they said I had to pay for the shipping, so I complained again telling it was their mistake. Finally, they said they would send me a UPS shipping label by email within 5 days. They kept me waiting and waiting until I got an email saying they sent me a shipping label in attachment but there was no such label attached to the email, This is the game they are playing, lies and trickery. I called back to explain and they kept me waiting for another 5 days. Then, I got an email saying that because I didn't ship the product back on time, I wouldn't get a refund. These guys are crooks. Buy at your own risk!

I ordered my parts i had an issue online with my shipping address contacted them about it thought everything was sorted out 12 days later ups returned the items undelivered. I didnt even get a call or email from them now to get my money back what poor service.

Autoshack has been receiving unfair reviews in my opinion. I've heard horror story after story about receiving the incorrect parts and what a nightmare it has been. ALWAYS triple check ANY online order before entering your payment information. My experience was exactly as I expected it to be. I ordered the parts online ( brake rotors and pads), they were shipped promptly and I received email updates throughout the process. They arrived at my home and I was stunned by what I had received. The parts were even better quality than I had hoped for. I installed them myself and installation was smooth and fitment was exact. I will certainly use Autoshack in the future. OEM quality parts at a fraction of the price compared to local parts retailers. I can't speak to the durability yet because I just installed them but at the present I am one satisfied customer. Thank you Autoshack!

Purchased parts and they were defective....did everything requested for warranty and yet Prime choice(Auto Shack) keeps putting roadblocks and asking for additional stuff. We paid for extra warranty....what a rip-off.

Where are the negative stars? This is THE WORST place to buy from, or deal with! I entered my info on my car and purchased the rotors and brake pads that came up. When the parts arrived, they were the wrong parts. Nowhere on the site does it tell you, that there are 2 different sizes that 'could' fit my car. Because of time constraints, I had to purchase the parts from my local parts dealer, and that's when I found out there were actually 2 different sizes available for my car. The guy at that parts store even seemed surprised by this. *After the fact, I found on other online car part sites, there is an asterick, or a yellow yield sign with an exclamation mark, and a special note tellling you this fact, but not on Auto Shack's site* I tried to take it up with Auto Shack and got nowhere. They ask me to send pics, I do, no response, I send another email asking if they got the pics, no response...I sent 9 emails to them and finally got one response that told me to send them to New York USA, when I bought them in Canada. In total I got 3 emails from them saying they didn't get the pics...I resized them as small as I could and sent them in 2 emails, then after 3 weeks of trying to work with them to resolve this, I finally get, we'll gladly accept them back, once you ship them back to us, at your expense and we'll also take off 15% restocking fee, once they inspect them and agree I didn't install them, then I will get a refund! They were the wrong parts, there was no way on this planet we could install them! So, by the time they dragged their asses in responding back to me to get this resolved, I've got 4 days, before their month timeframe for returns is up, to get it back into their hands, in order to qualify to get my money back. So now to the post office, where I learn it's going to cost me upwards of $60.00 to ship it back to them for a 26lb package, then 'if' they decide to refund me, there's 15% more they are going to take off, in restocking fees! Now, had I have done all this, I would have pretty much paid for those parts twice, and I still wouldn't have the right parts, or any parts at all! They are THE WORST in customer service, they drag their asses, don't respond, and they don't care, no matter what, according to them, it's all the customer's fault and if you want your money back, you ship the parts back at your own expense, they will decide 'if' you qualify to be reimbursed AND they take 15% more, PERIOD! I am now trying to sell these parts outright, as Auto Shack is impossible to deal with, and they can literally go 'f' themselves! I even had my credit card company check them out and I was told they had never seen a company with so many stipulations,regulations and rules, that completely protect the company while not offering the customer any protection whatsoever! When they were Prime Choice and there was an issue, you were sent a mailing label from them to send it back. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GIVE THEM ONE CENT OF MY MONEY! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY, AND FIND A REPUTABLE BUSINESS TO BUY FROM, BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS THE FURTHEST FROM REPUTABLE YOU CAN GET! STOP BUYING FROM THEM, THEIR REPUTATION IS HORRIBLE!! BOYCOTT THEM AND SHUT THEM DOWN!!

Bought struts for my saturn vue . Total junk hard as rock and the passenger side rattles every time you hit a bump . Do not waste your money.

Bought a wheel bearing... It failed within 6 months.... Contacted company and was informed I was just within warranty and was given a form to fill out. I sent an email with a follow up question about the process and was then informed I was too late for warranty now. Never resolved. Garbage parts, garbage staff, and treat customers like garbage as well...

Don't order anything from this company, I ordered four parts and received only two parts.

Struts are junk - lasted only 6 months on my wife's Camry. "beyond warranty" was the response I got.
DON"T BUY THEIR PARTS !!
