Fantastic product and very helpful customer service staff who went the extra mile to source the system I wanted ,prompt delivery,Thankyou Melanie

Excellent service deserving five star service from Ruslan Andreev - Ruslan understood my requirement and was very helpful about other information around materials for installation. Free samples were delivered fast . He even provided names of installers in the area. The packaging was very impressive . His paperwork was very accurate and no matter how busy he was, he would always return the calls .Have deducted one star for delivery service where the delivery company was supposed to give a call at least an hour earlier but this did not happen and driver was unaware of delivery place although Ruslan had communicated this.

Absolutely delighted with the tiles and the finished patio/path. Luke was great at helping us choose the perfect tile. I was also very impressed at how quickly my emails were answered and also the speed of delivery, email
Updates without me even asking and also aftercare to ask if we were happy. All in all, first class service and we will definitely be using again!

Excellent product and prompt delivery and service throughout.

We have used this company many times before,as always the porcelain paving and the composite decking was very reasonably priced and of good quality.
What is the stand out for me was the prompt polite service and speed of delivery, materials were delivered within a very short timeframe which is very useful in todays world

Excellent service and advice. The finished job looks excellent and has completed our garden project with a touch of class.

We where very impressed with the quality of the tiles we received and the speed with which they arrived, we would highly recommend the travertine ivory tile and prima porcelain to supply it.

Had an excellent experience with Primaporcelain and great service from Dimitar. The range and price are excellent and quality and fast delivery is always superb!

Prima we’re great from initial enquiry, to making and appointment to view the products, then assisting in the quantity to order and keeping me updated on delivery.
The product is exactly what we wanted and looks great in the space, we’re looking forward to adding the matching outdoor tiles to our patio once finished for a look that will flow from inside to out.

I need a vat invoice, have emailed numerous times, not even a reply, will never use again, there wasting my time.

Fantastic service we had from Rees, I will definitely be using primaporcelain on my future projects.

I have used Prima Porcelain 3 or 4 times now for different jobs and have always found them very competitive on price, great quality and the deliveries have always been quick and accurate.

The products I’ve used are great quality and look great when laid.

We are really happy with the tiles we purchased & they are non slip even when it has rained. They are very quick to dry.
The customer service we received when we rang to order our tiles was excellent & they were delivered in a few days. I would definitely recommend them for purchasing tiles.

Really bad service and poor quality materials.
Product supplied has fallen apart in a matter of months. Company doesn't care and wont return emails or calls.
Would avoid with a barge pole.
Had to give them 1 star in order for this to work otherwise I would have left it blank.
Waiting for two years now, terrible service.
Legal steps now being taken.
