I cannot recommend Prestige Wicker highly enough.

I called them on Thursday at an incredibly difficult and upsetting time, knowing that we were having to say goodbye to our lovely Frankie and needing to arrange a coffin for him for the following day.

The gentleman I spoke to was incredibly patient, kind and understanding. I’m so sorry that I can’t remember his name, but he took the time to help me make sure I ordered the correct size and made what was a very emotional purchase as easy as possible.

The coffin arrived the following day at 12 noon, exactly when we needed it, and the quality was absolutely beautiful. It was incredibly well made and gave us some comfort knowing that Frankie could be laid to rest in something so lovely and dignified.

Thank you for your patience, your compassion, the exceptional service and the quality of the coffin. At such a heartbreaking time, the way you dealt with everything genuinely made a difference to us.

I would highly recommend Prestige Wicker to anyone having to make this very difficult purchase.

Very disappointing quality and customer service

We ordered a dog basket from Prestige Wickers for our new kitchen, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

The first basket arrived damaged, so I contacted them and was given the option of a refund or replacement. As we really wanted the basket, I chose a replacement. I was told that once the damaged basket had been collected by the courier, a new one would be sent out.

We then waited two weeks with no replacement and no communication. I sent multiple emails which were ignored. Eventually, I received a response saying there had been a "misunderstanding" with the courier and that the replacement had been sent. I was not convinced by this explanation, but they agreed to send another one straight away. At that point, I finally received DPD tracking information and the basket arrived the following day.

Unfortunately, the second basket was damaged too.

After complaining again, getting a refund was an extremely difficult and frustrating process.

Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. The pillow has now developed a split after only a few uses. I contacted Prestige Wickers again, only to be asked whether the pillow had been used. I explained that it had been used a few times, which surely is the whole point of buying a dog bed! Despite paying around £120, I would expect the pillow to last considerably longer than a few uses without splitting.

I was then told that because the pillow had been used, they couldn't do anything about it.

Overall, I am very unhappy with both the quality of the product and the customer service. The delivery and replacement process was unnecessarily long, communication was poor, the baskets arrived damaged, and the quality of the pillow has been disappointing.

For a product costing £120, I expected much better quality and much better customer service. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not recommend Prestige Wickers.

Well, if you need to return anything, please be mindful to check your original payment card or account statements.

They didn't refund until I had to chase with a proof from Post Office - 14 days after they received my return.

Perfect to shade a hedgehog house. We'll made and great price.

I purchased a beautiful wicker basket for my dog, anticipating his death after a diagnosis of lymphoma. Unfortunately the basket was just a little too small and the large would have been too big. I returned the basket and have been issued a refund with no problem. This is a lovely little business with helpful customer service.

The wicker fence panels are very good. The delivery was a bit frustrating as they only say that they are delivering tomorrow with no time allocated, then it went back to the warehouse undelivered on the first day. Next day they said would deliver, but no times given. They delivered mid afternoon, but l had stayed in 2 days. The delivery driver kindly carried the heavy panels into my garden however.

Delivered on time. Wanted an old-style trolley for local shopping. Good robust trolley.

Received pet wicker casket for our pet’s last journey the next day but both the lining and cushion were stained so totally unsatisfactory (photos available). Company did not respond within their stated 24 hours and then only offered a derisory discount for a product not fit for purpose. Very disappointed

Perfect basket - right size for harvesting produce.

Took day off work and waited for delivery. Got an email to say fencing & posts had been delivered: they hadn’t, not to me anyway. There is no way to contact the delivery company, they instruct you to contact the seller.
So now I’m waiting to hear back from Prestige Wicker where this delivery actually is. I ordered online because i cannot carry heavy objects from a garden centre. I paid £10 for delivery.
Unless they can deliver it to my address as arranged I’ll be calling my bank to do a chargeback/ cancel the payment. So far, would not recommend.
