Prep Sportswear Anmeldelser

it's memorable to be there for the NHS senior night for the women's bball team and I really haven't back there to be on campus since the earlier 2000 yrs. decade and I've since graduation by the two confirmation 2002 and 2012yrs. ..

I don't recall the date but this was before the mid-winter break and I do not have any kinda complaints, I'm not like that ..

I placed an order with Prep Sportswear on 02/25/2025 for two college sweatshirts, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. They failed to put my full address on the shipping label, leaving my package stuck in USPS limbo for over a week with no resolution in sight.

To make matters worse, there is no way to call their customer service—you can only reach them via email or chat, which is incredibly inconvenient given the price they charge for their products. For what they charge, they should absolutely have live phone support to handle these kinds of issues.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are unreliable, make shipping mistakes, and don’t issue refunds, so if your package gets lost due to their negligence, you’re out of luck. I will never purchase from them again.

I ordered the Fanthread hoodie. I am extremely happy with it. Good quality. It does run small, i normally wear a 3x so i ordered a 4x and it fit. I was originally worried about if it would be a good quality material, upon receiving it, I was very happy with the quality.

One of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile. Response time, solution and communication was exceptional. Thank you!

Quick delivery. Quality shirt.

I had some issues with my initial order. Not sure if it was my mistake or not. But Greg absolutely came through!!!Thank you Greg!! I look forward to future orders knowing that this company has THIS good of customer service.

THE CAP CAME QUICKLY. IT IS A VERY NICE CAP WITH MY COLLEGE USMMA ON IT. IT GETS LOTS OF FAVORABLE RECOGNITION.

Excellent service. There were a few delays during the postal strike, and weather conditions. However the staff went beyond their customer support and in the end I received my order. I will definitely order from this company again.

Great customer service! When an error occurred they fixed it immediately. Ty!

Sweater was just what I had asked for and my daughter absolutely loves it !!!

Good quality, fast shipping!

I found what I wanted to have made. I ordered the item. The item arrived promptly, safely, and was exactly what I wanted. I am pleased with the transaction.

Customer service is truly awesome!! Greg was so helpful with everything!! He made adjustments on my order and it was the fault of USPS!!! All my future sportswear purchases will be from Prep Sportswear!!!
Thank you again Greg!!!

The shirt I ordered did not match the posted size chart dimension and was too small. I sent a chat over the weekend and received a prompt response on Monday morning. Greg helped walk me through exactly a size that I will need and created a replacement order for me. I could not have asked for more exceptional customer service and help from him. He was precise and to the point.

Ordered a sweatshirt that ended up being a little smaller than the expected. No issues upsizing as a complimentary exchange which was great and easy. Sometimes the hassle in returning things is frustrating. Item received and was happy with my overall purchase.

Flexibility and customizable

If it is the Irene-Wakonda t-shirt. Yes, I received it a couple of weeks ago. thank you.

Quality and shipping were all good. Ordered the wrong one and do not like the exchange size only, and no return policy.

Was disappointed in coloring once received

Upon contacting Prep Sportswear about a problem with my order, I received a prompt response and the company took care of my issue very quickly. I was VERY pleased with the care and consideration put forth on my order and the sweatshirt I ordered was of great quality and just what I wanted. I will definitely order again in the future.
