Hi Mrs Linda Jones, We’re sorry to hear this, this isn’t the standard we aim to deliver. We’ve passed your details to our customer care team, and someone will look into this and arrange a free reclean if needed. Sometimes it can take 2–3 cleans to fully remove the build-up from previous soaps and chemicals to achieve a completely streak-free finish. If your account is under a different name, please contact us on 0800 061 4216 (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm) or email info@preenandclean.com so we can help quickly. Kind regards, Preen & Clean.

Hi Christine, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and especially appreciate that you were dealing with such a difficult time while your son was receiving chemotherapy.
We’re sorry that your concerns about the sill have taken longer than expected to resolve. We understand how frustrating it must be to have contacted us several times and feel that your concerns haven’t been properly addressed.
We’ve requested some further information from you to help us locate your account and review the history of the issue. Once we have these details, we’ll be able to look into this properly with the relevant team and establish the next steps.
We’re sorry again for the frustration caused and hope we can get this looked into for you. Kind Regards, Preen & Clean

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. We use a water-fed pole system with hot, purified water, rather than simply spraying water onto the glass. Our window cleaning method is designed to be carried out from the ground without the use of ladders, and this information is provided to customers when they sign up.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to locate your account from the information provided in this review. If you could provide us with some further details, we’d be happy to look into this for you. Alternatively, please contact our Customer Service team on 0800 061 4216 or email info@preenandclean.com, and they can assist you further. Thanks, Preen & Clean

Hi India, Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so glad you’re happy with your first clean and that everything is looking great. 😊
Just to clarify, we do clean the sills and doors as part of our service. We use hot, purified water with our water-fed pole system, which helps loosen and lift dirt and grime without leaving behind mineral deposits or residue. The purified water then dries naturally without leaving water spots, so there’s no need for a separate cloth wipe-down.
Thanks again for your feedback, we really appreciate it! Kind Regards, Preen & Clean
