Brandon and Cameron were absolutely brilliant. In a torrential downpour they took the time to go over the car we have bought, and explained everything I had asked. They asked about our journey down and the kind of day we had, engaged us about how we planned the journey home. They made us a coffee and went over every aspect of the paperwork as well. A total, and complete change from a main Hyundai dealer that we have experienced through another car we have. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, or returning to them for a further purchase.

We bought a 3.5 year old Kia E-Niro. They neglected to mention that there was no service history with the vehicle. I asked where it was when I picked up the car, having already paid in full. Not much I could do about it at that point. Yes, perhaps I should have asked about it, but I think on a deal with this value, it should have been highlighted by the dealer.

Incompetent garage! Agreed a price on a car, went to pay a deposit only to be told the car is underpriced and they want an extra £1000. Who does that?

Cameron was really helpful and assisted us with everything we needed.

I recently purchased a car from Powerlease, and the experience has been far from satisfactory. The process started off poorly with a delayed collection of nearly one week, which was quite inconvenient and frustrating.

Furthermore, after a few weeks of owning the car, I noticed that some areas, specifically the rear wing and the front left door, had been poorly resprayed. This was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and it speaks to the lack of transparency and quality control from Powerlease

I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience and the condition of the car. I hope Powerlease can improve their communication and quality assurance processes to prevent future customers from facing similar issues. Based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

Just contacted this company regarding the purchase of a car...... still available.
Asked about delivery, as we are 265 miles away......don't deliver to Scotland.
Pointed out that Berwick upon Tweed is further north.
We don't deliver to Scotland. Company policy.

Bought MG ZS this weekend and was very happy with the whole process. Was skeptical of doing an online purchase but the car was like new and everything I was told by Cameron and Laura was true which is rare for a lot of dealerships. A bit slow on the email responses but everything got sorted

If you need to get hold of them to enquire about a car I’d suggest phoning them…they NEVER respond to emails or contact through car websites like CarGurus etc….
I’m currently abroad on holiday and 3 times last week I’ve tried to get hold of them about a car they are selling…..never a single response yet the car still shows for sale.

Update….after leaving this review I’ve had comms from them. Too late to buy a car, but they have explained some issues with car selling site response emails. Just been an unfortunate set of events but I’m sure we will find the car we are looking for elsewhere!

Brought a Tesla Model Y Long Range from Powerlease.
Initially discussed with Craig who was massively helpful. Discussed the process thoroughly and provided sound advise on best way to part exchange my car.
Picked up the car and was dealt by Cameron who again was brilliant. Car looked immaculate and the payment process was easy.
Very pleased customer and would fully recommend this company.

Bought an MG ZS from Powerlease and from start to finish they were spot on. Sale was smooth and salesman was very helpful.
The vehicle itself had a small fault through no fault of Powerlease, however they then resolved the issue within 2 days free of charge. Brilliant service and would highly recommend them as a company

Recently purchased a Polestar 2 from Powerlease and took advantage of the delivery service. Throughout the whole process Tom (C) could not have been more helpful and took the time to provide honest and helpful advice.

When the car was delivered, the delivery driver was extremely helpful and professional.

Throughout the whole experience I felt like a valued customer and the car was exactly as described. Overall I am very pleased and will definitely be back when the time comes.

Bought my Kia Niro from powerlease. I was dealing with a person called Tom. He was good helpful and straight to the point. Everything was in the car as promised and even spoken to one of the managers (general conversation) which he was polite too (sorry did not know managers name ) the car was presented clean and tidy. I recently purchased a car from PowerLease, and my experience was exceptional. Brandon, my salesperson, provided outstanding service with his extensive knowledge and professionalism. The dealership's transparent process and wide vehicle selection made my purchase smooth. Brandon (or the mystery manager) will have your pants down before you’ve even bent over.
Offered us a part ex price £1.5k lower than multiple other dealers, then tried to charge us a whopping £500 just to reserve a mini, then told us we’d have to pay the full balance at least 48hrs prior to collecting the car “or we wouldn’t have any rights to reclaim the £500 deposit” (we hadn’t even seen the car in person), then when we tried to negotiate on the car for only £200, he said he’d “speak to the manager ;)” and they put the price up by £200 before calling us back the next day to tell us.
In the end we just played along to see how far they’d go with it (curious I guess), then told them where to go and that we wouldn’t entertain any of that nonsense.
Went elsewhere, happy to pay more with another dealer than deal with these clowns.
Avoid brandon, he’ll empty your wallet quicker than your wife.

Can't praise these guys enough! I was at the end of my rope after being given the run around by other dealers, lenders and brokers trying to buy an EV for weeks and this was my last ditch attempt in joining the EV revolution before parking the idea.

Really these guys have been fab, they had just what I was looking for in my budget, worked super quickly to get everything ready literally overnight, and between my first call to then and collecting my car was just 1.5 days; beautiful.

Dealt with a lady with the initials CA. Superb service, thank you! We will definitely be coming back when it's my other Half's turn to go EV, too.

I approached Powerlease as I found an amazing electric vehicle with amazing price cheaper then the normal market,I came to view this vehicle which was an Audi etron the staff at Powerlease were amazing and it was such a smooth process and the handover of the vehicle was amazing the car was perfect, all the team at Powerlease are fabulous and I would recommend anyone to purchase a second hand electric car from Powerlease.

I knew I wanted to move over to an electric vehicle but was nervous of such a change. I received excellent service, with every query answered and guidance so thoroughly explained, I felt confident in my choice of Nissan Leaf and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!

I couldn’t be happier with my new car! Buying blind can be daunting at the best of times especially when you add in to the equation it was my first electric vehicle.
