Ordered a headlight guard for a gs 850 it has arrived with a mark on it and not even the logo on it as advertised tried using the message service with no luck as it just says no special characters in message even though I didn't use any should have just gone on temu and paid less for the same product

Ordered headlight protector Husqarna Svartpilen decided to go for the most expensive one that I can find online which was Powerbronze tough if I paid more I'm gonna receive more quality unfortunately received a circular peace of plastic + 8 x 3M pads included in package. Were disappointed already anyways tough I'll use it so I attached and went for a ride. Shortly after it's started raining headlight protector fell off pads is not sticking to headlight anymore plastic scratched. Wasted time-wasted money.

Great service. I made a mistake with my order but Richard sorted it without any fuss and gave me some good options. He also sent me spares when I ballsed up the install. Bang on the money. Great service, no fuss.

Ordered 245mm screen for 2024 BMW G310R end of last week. Delivered today, extremely well packed. Fitted to bike this afternoon, no issues, all holes lined up perfectly and it looks great.

I bought a windscreen 290mm high for my old Suzuki Address 110. I am very pleased with the quality and substantial brackets and fixings. It fitted very well and feels sturdy. Great job.

I ordered a wind screen that showed the complete wind screen which consists of two peices. I received the fairing I will call ot but didn't receive the screen itself . They initially said it was on back order because they needed to make one special order. Then when emailed said that it wasn't included . Now I have the lower peice but have no idea where to buy the screen . Wow I don't have anything good to say about this .

Had a problem with size of folks they sent small clamp that didn't fit. 1 phone call later and all sorted. Fits perfectly and works very very well. Highly recommend

I contacted powerbronze regarding a problem I had with my 1250 bandit seat cowl, I explained that the brackets had came off and one has got lost. Richard from powerbronze was on to it straight away and I received the replacement parts and the epoxy glue to fit them. Outstanding customer service great to see a company that stands over its products

One of the Powerbronze handguards on my Honda CB500X kept coming loose. The problem was a broken brass collet inside the handlebar. I emailed Powerbronze asking if this part was available separately, expecting to get bad news - but no. Richard emailed me straight back advising that four replacements were already in the post to me free of charge. I offered to pay but Richard wouldn't accept. I'm very pleased with the response. Nowadays it's common to find spare parts unavailable, or it's necessary to buy a complete assembly at a crazy price. Well done Powerbronze. 10/10.

I needed some spare parts for a set of Powerbronze handguards. After initially emailing them, I spoke to Richard in the Parts dept. He sent me a diagram of all the parts and from that I was able to specify which items I required. The parts were dispatched shortly afterwards and I received them 24 hours later. All in all a super service. Many thanks Powerbronze.

PowerBronze made me a superb customised fairing.I want to ride my Vstrom as a naked bike but it has 4 brackets protruding if there is no fairing. I asked PB to made me a naked bike fairing .Sounds contradictory I know.It is minuscule wind deflector that has great aesthetics and hides the 4 fairing backs Thanks PB for making a product that noone else seems to recognise that there is a market for it

I bought a bellypan for my BMWF 800 GS from eBay. it is absolutely rubbish, after two days of fitting it it correctly according to the instructions it started to melt with the exhaust heat. Neither the seller on eBay nor Powerbronze were interested and I never got a refund of any kind despite sending the pictures of the faulty item. Second time had a problem with Powerbronze products. They are rubbish!

I purchased a hugger for my Triumph 1200XC, and during assembly a part cracked.On contacting Richard at Powerbronze he explaned that this had never happened before.However Powerbranze went to the trouble at no additional cost to me to order and 3D print a new replacement part for me!I can only say that this level of service and care has sadly become alost extinct in the retail industry...but not with Powerbronze what great personaliused service,rapid responce and great communication.Needless to say I will shop with them again.A great company to do bussiness with.

I wanted a larger screen for my NT1100DCT than the original. I saw online a few from Powerbronze. It was the BEST PRICE I found. They had th e one I wanted. I was having trouble trying to purchase with credit card and PayPal. Both were problem to finalize. I was going to give up thinking since I was from US and them being in UK, it might not be a good ideal to continue. Richard (Powerbronze) emailed me that he could set up PayPal on his side to make the payment. It worked and was so easy. I received the screen in just over a week. Remember I was not in the UK. I would buy from Powerbronze again and feel easy about any purchase. They will help you in anyway they can. Thanks, Richard

Bought a pair of Powerbronze Triumph Rocket 3R hand guards last Christmas. These helped hugely on colder rides, even though I have heated grips, they directed cold air away from the outside of my hands, making the ride far more enjoyable and safe, they really do work well. Unfortunately I dropped the bike on its side refitting them this year and damaged one of the end caps. After contacting Powerbronze, they immediately sent me two replacements which arrived the next day, AND I only paid for postage, which was excellent of them!
These handguards are a game changer for cold bike runs, and with Powerbronze their after sales service is second to none.
Really happy, and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.

My handguards were despatched extremely quickly and arrived well packaged with clear and concise instructions.
Unfortunately, one of the brass collets supplied with the fitting kit broke during installation, but Richard at Powerbronze very kindly sent me out a replacement which arrived within a couple of days.
Top class service. Will be using Powerbronze again in the future and recommending them to others.

Excellent product and great after sales service which came into its own when I lost part of the fixing kit and was replaced by power bronze within a couple of days. If only there were more businesses like this!!

Just purchaced a really nice Powerbronze wind shield for my 2004 BMW R1100S. Super happy! Quality and fit are great! Looking forward to many miles riding with it! It mimics BMW's factory style for the small sport version. Highly recommend this!!!

The Powerbronze team were really helpful when I needed a replacement badge for one of my crash posts.
The crash posts did a great job in protecting my bike when it was knocked over. Unfortunately the only damage sustained was to one of the badges but I received some spares within 24hrs of contacting the sales team.
