Achat débrousailleuse powerplus 4 en 1 chez Hubo. A l'ouverture de la boîte, problème de filetage sur l'orifice de remplissage du réservoir d'essence et absence d'étanchéité du bouchon. Retour chez hubo le lendemain et refus d'échange du matériel. Retour de l'appareil au service technique powerplus pour une debrousailleuse neuve avec impossibilité de l'utiliser pour une période indéterminée. Honteux. Marque à fuir.

MAUVAIS marque à éviter. J'ai acheté mon permier nettoyeur haute pression de ce modèle (POWXG9009) il y a 2 ans et 6 mois. Il a rendu l’âme après seulement 1 heure d'utilisation a cause d'un serrage moteur. celui-ci m'a donc été échangé. le second vient e me faire la même panne, malheureusement la garantie est passé depuis le mois de mars. pour info, les niveaux d'huiles étaient faits, et il a tourné a peine 20 heures en deux ans. je fuis donc cette marque à partir de ce jour

Awful company to deal with, even when I contacted them several times as the battery wasn’t described properly on their website and took weeks to respond to me and put me on “the long finger”! Raised a dispute with PayPal and this company lied and lied and lied throughout it! I sent the item back as my expense to receive my refund and still don’t have it! So this lying company got the battery and my money too!

Le samedi 5/09/20, j'ai acheté une rainureuse Powerplus au Hubo de Fleurus. Je suis surpris d'avoir un délai au démarrage de 3 à 4 secondes mais n'ai pas l'occasion de faire un essai en coupe.
Jeudi nous voulons utiliser la machine et cela s'avère impossible. En effet, dès que le plâtre est percé et que les disques rencontrent une résistance en atteignant la maçonnerie la machine se bloque.
Je retourne donc chez Hubo Fleurus ce samedi 12/09 où on me demande de revenir ce lundi pour pouvoir contacter le fournisseur afin d'avoir l'autorisation pour un remplacement.
Et ce lundi, la personne que l'employé Hubo a au téléphone essaie de dire que nous avons mal utilisé la machine en la déplaçant dans le mauvais sens ou autrement. Ma bonne foi est clairement mise en doute avec une machine qui n'a pas pu être utilisée du tout.
Ma machine est donc renvoyée en réparation et on m'annonce un délai de deux semaines. C'est à dire quand toutes les saignées auront été terminées à la disqueuse. J'aurai donc dépensé 129€ et deux à trois heures pour rien.
Great work and happy about the fans
Justin came at 8:30 am and finished at about 2:15PM He barely took a break. He remove 5 fans and installed 5 replacements. He showed me how each fan worked and told me about the differences in how they worked.
He kept his workspace clean and neat and was friendly and positive about the work. I am happy with our new fans
James and his assistant were prompt
James and his assistant were prompt, courteous, efficient and fixed all of my electrical issues. I will definitely call on Power Plus Electrical again.
do not respond to battery issues on broken batteries
Don't buy from a company that gives bad client service if you care about that when things go wrong. I bought a battery for iphone 7 with a 3mm head phone jack. The pin that connects to my phone broke and it was actually stuck in the phone. I contacted them several times and sent in a picture and all I expected was a "sorry" and maybe a chance to get another one at a reduced price, at minimum. I repeatedly sent emails with no response. I know they have cheap batteries but if you pay a little more from a reputable company that cares about the client then go there and don't buy here. The extra money you will pay will be worth it if the company responds to issues and remediates appropriately.

They do not respond to email or return your call! DO NOT purchase anything from this company! I returned and case and they said they would ship one out and never got it, every time they kept saying they would ship it soon. I finally said we purchased another case, please refund my money. I can't get a hold of anyone and they won't refund the amount for the case. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service for this business!!!!

Texted how to send back and get refund or replacement.
Reply was to send it back to China and when they got it a replacement or refund would be done.
They advised to contact UPS or TNT.
UPS quoted £50 - for an article worth £43
Sent through Royal Mail as a parcel at a cost of £12-50 - received notice from Royal Mail that they had identified it as a Lithium battery - not allowed in post - so they had destroyed it.
The seller Power Plus must know that it is uneconomic to attempt a return so are laughing at customers - A ripoff by them.
Dishonest, avoid
I ordered a replacement battery for a Samsung laptop. This was supposed to be shipped same day from the UK warehouse if in stock and paid with PayPal. After a week I had no communication about the order and contacted them. I had a bland response from "ERIC" about delays with "logistics" with a copy and post reply another week later. I tried to cancel but that request was ignored.
The battery arrived 23 days later, and although it seemed OK, it died with two hours charge left, and then wouldn't recharge. In addition to a failed battery, I would consider the following:
1) Misrepresent being in the UK
2) Misrepresent their warehouse location
3) Their returns charges are in violation of UK consumer law
4) Terrible communication
Its also pretty futile to think PayPal might have your back, although now the battery has failed, I will try them again.
With poor communication, glacial shipping, a deceiving website, and a substandard product I would absolutely avoid

first ordered the wrong battery by mistake. 20 minutes I ordered again and asked them in this second order to cancel my first order. I also sent them an email in regards to my dilemma. I promptly got an email back confirming they had understood my problem. 5 days later the correct battery was delivered and the money for the faulty order was refunded. The person I dealt with handled the whole deal very professionally.
