Please do not believe the clearly fake reviews below. Who on earth is currently looking at booking ski holidays? Clearly an attempt to push down the more realistic and honest reviews from ACTUAL customers.

After reading their most recent blog, where they announce that they are 'relieved' to have weathered the COVID storm, I felt obliged to comment to warn potentials clients away from this company.

Their primary concern has ALWAYS been about making the maximum amount of profit, NOT about satisfying guest expecations. Your holiday is NOT their priority. I understand a company has to make money, but when a company is charging upwards of £14k for the peak weeks (Christmas and Feb half term) and there is no change in menu, with a quite frankly embarrassing weekly budget per person, it is clear how this company is operating. Although they have stopped their chalet programme, evidently they are counting on some of their competitors not 'weathering the storm' and are trying to keep a name for themselves within the ski industry.

Please read the reviews further down which give an accurate description of Powder White's handling of the pandemic. If you needed any more encouragement to stay away from Powder White, I would not trust a company that made their employees cover the difference if they were over budget at the end of season.

JPowder White helped me find the exact holiday that suited my family group (6 adults, (3 couples)), differing skiing abilities. Sadly, the virus put paid to the holiday this year. The team refunded my expenses quickly and efficiently. We hope to be in a position to try again next season. For those unsure of what would best suit their group (and for those that do), I thoroughly recommend giving Powder White a call.

When we originally booked in our holiday through Powder White, we had the customer service team help us immediately to make sure everything was good. The team are very responsive to email and will help with our requests. Powder White have maintained this through the difficult COVID times, especially with our refund request by helping us get it back so quick. I will definitely be using Powder White for future trips.

Duncan who was dealing with my booking was fantastic and really listened to what we wanted for our group and found us the perfect place within budget. He was upfront and honest. When Covid forced the holiday to be cancelled the money was back in my account on the exact date it had been promised - no chasing. Will definitely be using them again!

Good service and quick response time. Needed to cancel my booking due to flights being canceled, that was quickly processed and I got a full refund.

Powder White refused to repay any refunds to customers impacted by the Covid Pandemic, without reasonable grounds for doing so. It is illegal to profit from force majeure.

Powder White audited company accounts make interesting reading. Reported retained earnings indicate: FY20 (Covid Year) £345k profit vs £187k LOSS in FY19 and £0k break even in FY18.

Powder White has claimed it did not profit from the pandemic. It is hard to understand how this can be true (without further information being made available). In fact it appears, unearned customer money from the pandemic has been used to cover previous operating losses.

Please do not support this dishonest business.

Very helpful and communicative, especially in light of the constant changes to travel for Covid! No issues with a refund.

Every aspect of communication, kindness and the physical accommodation at the resort is topclass with Powder White.

We booked before the pandemic, so when the multiple lockdowns happened, we decided to 'wait it out'. Duncan at Powder White was incredibly helpful, offered us options with flexibility, and managed all our questions really well. While we ended up getting a refund, we would certainly book with Duncan at PW again. We thought he provided an excellent customer experience.

As fairly seasoned DIY holiday makers its safe to say our experience with the team at Powder White has been excellent, responding swiftly and clearly to both booking related and resort specific questions.

I can not fault the prices as they are always far better than elsewhere and we spend a considerable amount of time digging around for the best deals.

March 2020 trip was great and even this year with all the chaos they have been head and shoulders above the other holiday companies we had to deal with throughout the year.

Looking forward to our next trip with them in 2022

Last year we made it to the resort, but failed to get on the slopes as Covid bit just we arrived. This year, our ski holiday was booked for end February.....that isn't happening either!
It must be very very tough for ski companies. We found Powder White to be honest, competent and sound in every way. And we will be booking Val D'Isere again with them for 2022. 3rd time lucky!

We have booked a Powder White chalet for our group of 8-10 skiers for the last five seasons and our experience has been fantastic - I could not fault their service either before travelling or in resort.
This year we have had to cancel our trip due to Covid travel restrictions, but received our deposit back. I fully expect our group will be staying in Powder White accommodation next season.

I am totally positive about Powder White, even though i didn't manage to actually go on a holiday with them. I booked a month in France with them in October, and due to a change in circumstance had to reduce that to a week - they refunded the difference exactly as they promised they would. then I had to cancel the week because of Covid, and they refunded exactly the same, even a day early

I would 100% trust them, and it's just a shame that the current global situation means I can't actually book a holiday through them yet. Definitely will next year though

I initially booked with Powder White as they had the most competitive pricing and excellent cancellation policy. However, with all the Covid issues their customer service was excellent. They kept in touch and updated me on the status of the situation in France. Once I cancelled I had no issues and they refunded me immediately. Will book with them again.
