Terrible experience, SEVERELY outdated platform. Use only if you're stuck in 1990. The entire OS is outdated. There is no visual editor, and no real editing capabilities on the appearance of your affiliate page. I told my support person and they said PAP was designed to work with an existing landing page, so I created my own landing page and embedded the code. But it didn't work. The internal coding tries to send to their own pages, so I was getting an error, with no ability to edit, even though it was selected to use an external url page. Spent an entire day back and forth with support, and was told I should use their native page.... sure, if I want it to look like trash and don't care about branding. After an entire day with support.... it was never resolved.

There are much better affiliate softwares out there.

I requested the cancellation from the first day since their service does not work for me and they have not given it to me and after 20 days I am still waiting for the cancellation. I DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING ABOUT THESE PEOPLE, OR THEIR SERVICE, OR THAT THEY ARE LEGAL.

Poor customer service, not helpful at all. Below average product. If you’re looking at managing rep commissions or affiliate payouts, don’t waste your time with this tool. Out dated, glitchy, and frustrating. Look elsewhere.

I like how customizable and complete is the tool.

I was interested in a tool that would allow me to have several groups of commissions per product, working with percentage and fixed amounts and user escalations as well, and this tool allows me to do so.

Also very satisfied with the attention and support. Efficiency, speed and help with any questions.

Horrible frustrating customer support. I asked to "confirm" in which plan if they provide affiliate and advertiser portal and tracking dashboard, basically features that I need in what plan. I rephrase myself, asked for 3 or 4 times and the messenger support can not be bothered. Freaking lazy keep pasting links besides an easy confirmation.

Can't even bother to answer my question directly. I'm asking a buyer question a specific plan question, feature question. They can't even be bothered.

Just imagine after you purchased how will it be if your publishers or advertisers are in trouble and go rampage because of the platform. You'll be stressed to crazy and rip all your hair off your head and they will stay in their comfy room pretend nothing happens, eating nachos in their rooms, poking fingers and give you all the most generic answers you can ever have to frustrated you to heart attack. Instead of a simple helpful answer. Laziest support ever exist.

Contacted 6 brands already by far they have the laziest support, least professional support. They don't even know their own features and stuff. Absolutely horrible. Even the cheaper options, crappier options, more expensive premium options all have much better direct approach straight to the point support than theirs. Absolutely reckless.

Solid software, but awful service. Incorret invoices are not taken care of, they just keep the money.

We previously used iDevAffiliate but found it to be slowly breaking on us and the lack of updates became concerning.

After looking into PAP we found the before & after-sales experience to be a huge difference compared to iDev. Not only are they actually online 24/7 to help, but their dev team stepped in to tweak the integration with our billing system to better meet our needs.

Hugely recommended for anyone looking for an affiliate system that just works.

It took a while to set it up exactly the way we wanted it to, but their chat-based customer support was really of great help and just a few clicks away. So far, it seems like a robust platform and it really has a lot of features and functionalities.

Post Affiliate Pro is a robust software.
We tested lots of different alternatives, but decided to partner with post affiliate pro. There were lots of reasons why we decided on them. Most important factor was that features list is extensive. Most likely no one would need to use all of them.
We also liked that fact that it is very easy to work with it, but expect steep learning curve.

I came across this software few months ago; they had trial and went for it. I really liked it that is why I became their customer. What I liked most is that they try to automate everything; this saves me lots of time. Another point is long list of features, also new features are added and existing ones are updating regularly. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

Post Affiliate pro is affiliate marketing network owner’s best friend. You name a feature and most likely, you will find a readymade solution to that.
Things I love about it:
1) Very complex and powerful, includes lots of features
2) Customer service is always there for you
3) They listen to your feedback and it is just great

So I have decided to come back after more time using this software. It is amazing, really.
What I like most: It is very easy to create account for the whole team, but only with necessary permissions. It is very easy to create different groups for merchants - You want only one merchant to have some feature? Bo problem you are covered. I could go on endlessly. I definitely recommend it to everyone

Post affilaite pro solves complex business process in a very efficient manner. Software is robust, flexible and oriented to save time for the end user. I would reccommend it

I've changed my review after Martin Svitek contacted me via ticket and fixed the encountered issue. He was super fast and understood exactly my request without any extra questions.

In the end, I can say PAP is a 4 stars product. The only downside of PAP is the first-line support. They are mostly there for sales-related questions only and only super basic tech assistance.

I'm using PAP for 2 years now, the software is great but the customer service is super super super bad.

I recently had a chat with an agent called Jane. She was so in a rush, and without even checking the logs or asking me for further details, she put the blame on my integration directly.

I love PAP but because of the customer service, I will do my best to find an alternative.

Just great software, it helps me to have control over whole affiliate marketing network. I like fact that it is highly automated.
Their support is another positive about them: they are available 24/7 and you are getting help within minutes. I highly recommend them
