Poole Alcock Solicitors Anmeldelser

I instructed Poole Alcock in a house purchase and was assigned Amelia as conveyancing solicitor with Katie and Ellie as assistants.
The process started in mid October and completed mid December.
Throughout I was kept informed of any issues and despite the seller being in a mad rush to get things done quickly, Amelia kept her cool and made sure no stone was unturned before exchange and completion.
If you want to make sure that a life changing event like buying a house is done properly I thoroughly recommend Amelia, her team and Poole Alcock to do the job properly and efficiently.

Very speedy transaction. Made it a stressfree process. Great communication and got the job done. Thank you to James Williams amd his team. Would recommend and use again

Hoping for some broad advice before engaging their services I encountered an an arrogant response from a receptionist who over qualified me before passing me onto a member of the “new business team” who had no interest in engaging with my problem, was not legally qualified and was only interested in telling me that the rates were £350 an hour and I would have to make a deposit of £1500 before I could speak to someone who was legally qualified. I will let you make your own decision on whether or not you are happy to deal with a company who deal with new enquiries for assistance in this manner .

I was fortunate enough to be assigned to James Williams and Sophie Barrett for what turned out to be a lengthy and complicated sale and purchase. They could not have been more professional, communicative, patient and calm even when I wasn’t. We got there in the end solely because of their persistence and capability.

I engaged Poole Alcock Solicitors for my ex-pat Remortgage, and I was allocated to the Emily Brown Team to oversee my process. They displayed an absolute level of professionalism that one would expect from a legal team. The fee for their service struck me as straightforward and equitable.

There was consistent availability over the phone, and my inquiries were promptly addressed. However, a drawback I encountered was the excessive scrutiny regarding my identity. At a certain point, I began to feel that the requests for extensive identity verification went beyond what was reasonable. This additional layer of scrutiny compounded the stress I was already under due to the substantial information required for my Remortgage. It appeared that I was unable to provide sufficient evidence of my identity, intensifying the pressure throughout the process. On a more positive note, this aspect underscores the company's commitment to professionalism and safeguarding measures.

Nevertheless, I remain inclined to reach out to Poole Alcock Solicitors again without hesitation. The exceptional professionalism and attentive care exhibited by the entire Emily Brown Team are factors that instill confidence.

Kate Heath and her team were fantastic and got my sale turned around extremely quickly after a nightmare with another "recommended" solicitor by my estate agents. Only regret is not goinv with her from the start. Constant dialog/updates telling me exactly was needed and where I was up to. I had more correspondence with her in the final month than the 5 months with PRO CONVEYANCING. Thankfully they have been shut down I believe. Anyway I wouldn't use anyone else from now on as couldn't have asked for more.

I searched for the top Criminal Defence Solicitors covering Thames Valley, UK. Poole Alcock Solicitors came top of the list. I used their website to provide details of my legal requirements. I was then called twice within five minutes BY POOLE ALCOCK SOLICITORS to tell me THEY CAN NOT OFFER LEGAL SERVICES IN THE THAMES VALLEY AREA?

We instructed Poole Alcock for both our sale & purchase of properties. Victoria and her team were very helpful, professional but friendly. If we had any questions they promptly acted. Overall it helped the process to go smoothly. Would definitely recommend Victoria and would use them again.

Made the whole process of moving house easier. Would recommend to anybody wishing a stress free house move.

Excellent service; no issues :)

I found the Poole Alcock office in Nantwich excellent and the people easy to work with. They were very effective in sorting out the various issues with my agricultural land purchase leading to an easy and trouble-free completion. They always kept me informed about what was going on and it was easy to track progress. Highly recommended.

I used Poole Alcock conveyancing services at the beginning of this year and cannot recommend them enough. They were diligent, thorough and efficient throughout, and made what is an incredibly stressful process as smooth-sailing as possible. I had extremely little experience in buying/selling houses, but they guided me through every step and made sure that I always understood what was happening and what was required. I felt in very safe hands through it all!

Poole Alcock were brilliant in helping us organise the purchase of our first home.
They were very communicative, knowledgeable and easy to get hold of when we had any queries that needed answering. I'd highly recommend them as solicitors, especially if you're looking to buy your first property.

I have had such an amazing experience with Poole Alcock,my solicitor Nicola Jones (and her team) have been there throughout absolutely everything i needed, and went above and beyond in providing me with not only the legal process of my case but also with emotional support and guidance, anything that needed doing was done almost instantly and the level of professionalism and knowledge at the hearing was above anything i could have imagined,Thank you so so much

A bit slow, taking six months to complete. If there was an issue with the sellers, I should have been informed earlier and through the process. Six months to complete was too long. And like a queue, I had committed and then saw investment in my time.

Highly efficient, very responsive to queries. All matters resolved quickly

Everything happened as it should of, so no complaints, for most part they were professional and polite, but the communication could of been better. even on the last day I had to email to see if everything was ok

Kate Heath and her team made our recent house sale and purchase a smooth experience. Her knowledge on many different matters was impeccable; she acted with thorough detail, which we felt best protected us as her client. Her suggestions and advice on matters concerning the property we purchased were a huge help. All the team are friendly and warm; they have our recommendation!

A very efficient company. Great communication throughout the process at a personal level. Good at giving advice when needed. Removed the stress from a very stressful process.

Vicky M, Alison and Abbey dealt with the conveyancing for the sale of my flat and they were wonderful. Good communication, patient, pleasant and informative. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you all so very much.
