Excellent customer service. Sorted out the problem very quickly and even sent a replacement box when I'd origionaly put the wrong postcode.

My package went missing.The company were prompt and efficient in deciding to send a replacement which I received immediately.The error was by Royal Mail not Pong Cheese

There was an issue with delivery but it was resolved promptly and painlessly. These cheeses have not been tasted yet, but I have ordered from Pong before with no issues and they were delightful last time.

Cheeses are in good condition, and look like an interesting selection.

Have used Pong Cheese a few times now and even though they were not responsible for Royal Mails mess up they still gave me a credit. I would definitely use them again.

Superb cheeses and excellent customer service. My package was delayed by Royal Mail and Pong stayed on the case. Due to the delay, some of the cheeses weren't in tip-top condition on arrival and Pong immediately offered to replace them, even though the delay was not their fault. I really appreciate their offer and their rapid response to my emails. And the cheeses are terrific.

I ordered on 19 November for delivery ahead of Christmas. On 21 December I received an email to confirm the item had been shipped on a next day delivery service, however, it didn’t arrive. I contacted Royal Mail on 23 December to be told they were still awaiting the item. I tried to contact Pong Cheese but simply received a ‘we are closed for Christmas’ message. All I could do was send an email, which has yet to be picked up and responded to.

I had a delivery of an Xmas present of cheese, and have done for several years. This is the first time a cheese has been missed within the delivery but within a day of contacting them it has been resolved and a replacement cheese is being delivered after Xmas, as with only 2 days to Xmas it could not be delivered in time.
This present is ideal for cheese lovers as it allows you to try various different cheeses not seen in the supermarket and so look forward to the different kinds of cheese each year. It allows me to buy different cheeses throughout the year I would not have known about.

Website easy to navigate, comprehensive selection , arrived when expected, well-packed with icepacks and cheeses in great shape.

Pong cheeses are always delicious. This time Pong were really helpful when the Post Office lost my latest order. Pong replaced it for me without any fuss. Great cheese, great company!

Great range and quality of products. I have used this company a number of times now and they are always consistently excellent. Their customer service answers queries fast and has swiftly corrected a couple of delivery mistakes I made when I placed the orders, with no fuss. Highly recommended.

Honestly cannot fault Pong - they have the BEST cheese in the UK, and their customer service is so genuine and friendly, and super speedy in resolving any issues. We love the free cheese thrown in with every order, such a great way to try new cheeses. Pong is our absolute go to for our cheese fix - would highly recommend!

Very disappointed that the presentation box came with no outer wrapping and the postage label stuck to it. This was intended to be given as a gift. Very shabby for a supposedly premium product.
It is advertised as a gift box, who wants a gift box with a postage label on it?
There is a section in the website What Will My Package Look Like.
I checked before ordering and at no time was it stated that the postage label would be on the presentation box.

The cheese is excellent and a wonderful gift to send The company is very reliable and helpful. Queries are answered promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend this product and company.

Today I muddled, and placed an order for the wrong address. I emailed them, and had a response within 5 minutes!!! Obviously a real human replying, very helpful. All sorted quickly
