Great tent, excellent stove. The tents been great. The stove is everything I thought. Except for the the cheap paper case that tore up.
Customer service will be the one area I’ve had zero support from though. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with a specific question, and both times they never responded.
For me customer service is the most important part of any company’s branding. End of story. No customer representative backing their product up says volumes to me and my hard earned money.
That that reason I will not shop with Pomoly moving forward.
I’ll continue to enjoy the tent and stove for their remaining life span. But will shop with customer service based company next time.

My first release Stovehut 70 leaks during heavy rain, but 5 or 6 emails later, the lady that I emailed (Amy), just doesn't give a hoot!!!! Sad, because I saved up extra money for 3 months to buy this tent!!!

Great product. Bought the Dweller max and had an issue that was completely my fault but the company went out of they're way to make my issue resolved. Will buy more products from this company.

Decent gear, but no more than that. There’s better, cheaper stuff out there, and I have a good selection of camping gear.

I purchased the Pomoly Octa tent about a year ago and have slept in it 30+ nights. It has had zero issues and is holding up well. I also purchased the inner tent. Great product and great customer service!

I bought my stove with the plan to install it in an RV. That took awhile. In the meantime, I decided to mount it in a fireplace (or just in front of) in our home…we love it! Sure, we have to feed it more often, but it’s totally worth it. Nice heat, but most of all, the ambiance of the light through the door.

I ordered 2 x Samsung A53. They use friends and family Paypal payment which prevents you from claiming your money back.
Their customer support email address does not exit.

So I am surprised to see so many negative reviews on here a out the stove. I've used mine tonnes of times and had no issues so I'll only talk about my experience. I have a pomoly T3 stove, titanium flue (solid), Yarn plus and a Stovehut 70. The stove is great, yes it gets hot underneath, but I assumed that was normal? I just protect the floor beneath it. It's holding it's integrity really well, had it a few years almost. The yarn plus is great, I wish it had better zips, in fairness they aren't broken but they look very weak and I'm not convinced they'll last (I may be wrong). The Stovehut 70 is such a cool tent, I haven't tried it in the rain yet which I know can be an issue! I'd say you're buying products that are 7/10 for quality at prices that are about as low as it goes. You can easily pay triple the prices for similar gear, expect good stuff, not amazing stuff and you won't be disappointed. It does what it's designed to do in my opinion!

I’ve bought multiple products and have found them to be quality, well made products. I own the hex plus tent and inner, the lightweight hussar tent, the t brick max stove and then bought the solid titanium stove pipe. I had previously bought a thous winds? titanium stove from Ali express and although good, not the quality I got from pomoly. I have not found issues like those here previously, go to scotslasswildcamp to see videos of the hex plus tent.

FUMES , THIS IS STILL A MAJOR ISSUE DUE TO CHINESE GRADE TITANIUM BEING INFERIOR TO CORRECTLY GRADED TITANIUM, THEY BUY CHEAP AND SELL AT MARKET PRICE. OTHER ISSUES WITH THESE STOVES QUICKLY BECOME OBVIOUS AFTER PEOPLE GET PAST THE INITAL WOW FACTOR OF USING THEM FOR THE FIRST FEW TIMES. DOOR DISTORTION BEING THE MAIN ISSUE.

Very bad Company and very bad titaniums quality. Put your money on som som quality checked wellknown companies i have lost my Money. And costumerservice try to screw you.

Poor customer service, bad attitude and clearly a Chinese company that doesn’t care about there product and will lie and say anything to not stand by there product.

Dangerous stoves almost killed me and my 10 year old thankfully I woke up do not buy any stoves from here
