I recommend this lab to anyone who values professionalism, respect, and care. Even though the hallway was full and many people were waiting, there was no chaos, no confusion, no feeling of being lost in the crowd. Appointments matter here. If you’ve scheduled a time, they honor it. That alone speaks volumes about their integrity and respect for people’s time.

What stood out to me most, though, was the atmosphere created by the nurse who attended to me. She carried herself with such calmness and grace. There was something deeply reassuring about her presence… steady, peaceful, and attentive. In a place where people often feel anxious or vulnerable, that kind of energy makes all the difference. She didn’t rush in a careless way… she moved with confidence and efficiency, as someone who clearly knows her work and does it well.

When it came time for the blood draw, to my surprise, it was incredibly smooth and gentle. There was no sharp sting, no pain… just a quick, skillful motion. It’s such a small moment, but when you’re already feeling nervous, that gentleness matters.

This experience left me feeling cared for, respected, and at ease. In a world where medical visits can often feel cold or impersonal, this lab stands out. They combine professionalism with humanity, efficiency with kindness. I left grateful… not just because the procedure was done well, but because I felt seen and treated with dignity throughout the entire process.

A mockery, externalized by the behavior of the two employees of the Poliana clinic in Focsani! I asked for explanations on how to apply the promotion displayed on a board, and if I didn't understand what I was told at first, the repetition of this explanation came from one of the employees, in a twisted tone and with eyes rolled back in her head! She was soon joined by an older female colleague and they began in front of me to poke fun at my expense, at the situation created, and as I walked out of the clinic door, the sounds of laughter from the 2 women, effectively exploded!
It is unbelievable how much lack of empathy those very people you would expect to be more tolerant than most people have, given that they work in a field where there are patients: medicine!
How can you trust such people who, out of boredom, are just waiting for something to amuse themselves at the expense of their fellow human beings?
