They have been trying to stall a refund owed due to cancelled flight. They claiming my bank has declined the refund transaction and their explanation is this is because the card used to make payment has expired. This is ridiculous and my bank has confirmed this that they would not decline a refund and expired card would not stop a refund from being processed. Polani Travels are sticking to this "scam story" for not giving me my refund! AVOID at all cost!They have been trying to stall a refund owed due to cancelled flight. I'm so happy with Mr QAMAR IQBAL . I`ve checked many websites online for my ticket and couldn't get any best and reasonable for myself.But the way he dealt me was amazing. I got ticket urgently from him but he gave me in a very reasonable price found a ticket for me just in 5 minutes.thank you

Booked flights to abu dhabi but event cancelled due to war. Everyone who booked through Emirates cancelled and lost 150 per person. These have doubled it we have lost 300 per person £1200. Poor communication and customer service. NEVER AGAIN

Polani Travel recently staff give price for travel and when you call back they increase price saying sorry price increased by airline staff use excuse.

Recently booked ticket and staff charged £60 more than original quote :(

Qamar was a really nice, he helped me.

Pure scam. They tried to take money out of my bank account (thank God I didn't have any money in it). 3 times. Then they tried to link my card to Google Pay - again, thank God I had no money! We have lost over £2,000 ticket money. This is a scam OPERATION, do NOT have anything to do with them. Have alerted Action Fraud, Bank, and other authorities. PURE SCAMMERS

Booked flights to China. Polani made some very unusual requests for required data. They also told me I had to call 72 hours before my flight to confirm my intention to travel.
I wasn't happy and asked to cancel the booking and refund.
They agreed, sent a cancellation notice, and kept all the money.
My credit card company had to take the money back off them.
Unsure if this company is a scam, incompetent, or criminals

Be very careful with pricing. The initial quote looked reasonable, but additional charges kept appearing later without proper explanation. By the end, I paid much more than expected. It feels like a tactic to lure customers in and then overcharge them.
