Ho acquistato un boma
Ho acquistato un boma , lo scorso 10 maggio, in complesso il boma corrisponde sufficientemente ( qualità-prezzo),appena ho fornito i dati della carta di credito, mi è stato addebitato un sovrapprezzo ( 20% circa) di consegna…. Va specificato durante l’acquisto non dopo l’acquisto, non è sinonimo di trasparenza ( secondo il mio punto di vista), cordialità Luigi.
I purchased a boom last May 10th. Overall, the boom is good value for money. As soon as I provided my credit card details, I was charged a surcharge (about 20%) for delivery. This should be specified during the purchase, not after the purchase. It is not synonymous with transparency (in my opinion). Best regards, Luigi.

I bought a replacement batten.Shipping…
I bought a replacement batten.Shipping was very quick. However instructions were not clear (I had to cut the batten to an unspecified length determined by trial and error, where I was expecting to get a ready to use product), but I received good support and was able to fix my sail.
