Two consultants convinced me that once I paid the initial deposit—which was later increased to the full amount—I would receive a tested business plan, financial projections, and planning, so I signed up with a franchisor. Regretfully, I was left to build everything on my own after paying and signing up, no promised support or paperwork was given. They told me it was not their responsibility when I asked for assistance. This was a deceptive experience that is now costing me money.

Furthermore, I was initially under pressure to write positive reviews, and I now question the timelines and veracity of a lot of other reviews here. Like other reviews, I'm also considering reporting this business.
