Work was completed in time and in a professional manner

I only use On Tap now due to issues with other builders/ plumbers etc.
I feel I get a good quality service from them and no issues!

They installed a replacement shower unit. Professional at all stages; assessment of the job, quotation, setting out the spec, setting a time for the job and carrying out the job. Excellent materials and workmanship and the installers were friendly fast and left the bathroom spotless. Happy with everything they did!

The initial email communication was good, with clear information about what could and couldn’t be done, with price and payment information. Glen the plumber arrived early ( he checked we were ok with that) and did an excellent job. He was polite, friendly and helpful, as well as professional and we were happy with our new tap. He passed on a message to the office for us, which was followed up straight away.

Administration and work carried out promptly and effectively, as in previous years.

The service leading up to the site visit was really great. Ellis was responsive and kept me informed of charges and availability. The handyman arrived on time was really friendly and respectful of our home. No loud radio playing or anything like that. He got on with the job came up with a workaround when plan A wasn’t possible and did a great job putting up our blinds. Our bulldog also loved him!

On Tap did refund the initial call out charge as I was able to fix the problem myself and therefore did not need to move forward with the estimate provided.

Josh was really friendly and efficient. Were very pleased with the work done, which he finished in one hour.
