Yes....PLARIUM IS THE WORST AMONG ONLINE GAMING COMPANIES. They market to children, to get them to use up their REAL hard-earned money. Sei es Mech Arena oder jegliches andere Spiel dieser kriminellen Vereinigung, die sich dazu noch über Briefkastenadressen im Ausland bedient und mit gefälschtem Firmenregister im Internet auftritt! Dreister noch dazu jeglicher Art an gefälschten Lizenzen zur Verbreitung auf dem Markt, was Google z.B eigentlicher Weise Strafrechtlich in gewissen Ländern interessieren sollte, aber wiederum leider letztendlich ebenso aus krimineller Profitgier Firmen wie Plarium bedient! Was Kinder -und Jugendschutz anbetrifft, ist Google und deren vermarkteten Firmen ganz tief im Sumpf und weitgehend zu beobachten! Leider gibt es ebenfalls genug Erwachsene, die immer schön die Butter auf Plariums Brote schmiert und ordentlich zur Finanzierung der Kriminalität dieser und anderer Firmen beitragen! Gerade was die Spiele von Plarium angeht, sieht man non Stop zum Butterschmieren aufs Brot, wie viele Menschen ihre Schnürrsenkel nicht selber gebunden haben! Hinter Plarium steckt nicht mehr, als eine kriminelle Blinkerwelt für Dumme! Fazit: Schön mal die Butter vom Brot zunehmen!

Plarium seems to have turned off their Support so no issues can be reported. The Sparta game appears to be getting inundated with Russian BOT Coalitions and Plarium has done nothing to respond.

Ich spiele Raid seit der Beta, bin also schon lange dabei und kann nicht verstehen, das es Leute gibt, die dieses Spiel feiern, also um fair zu sein: Das Spiel ist schön gemacht, die Grafik ist top und es ist sehr vielseitig. Man kann durchaus lange Zeit spielen, ohne das es langweilig wird, aber nun ist das Lob auch schon zu Ende:
Plarium ist eine Ansammlung von geldgeilen Leuten, denen die Spieler komplett egal sind: Content über Content, teilweise werden die Spieler damit zugeballert und wissen gar nicht, was der Sinn des Spiels ist (außer natürlich den immer größer werdenden Teil von Pay to Win...). Vor einem Jahr hätte ich das Spiel noch verteidigt, heute kann ich mich nur noch darüber ärgern, meine Lebenszeit in ein Spiel investiert zu haben, da gibt es viele Beispiele, diese hier zu schreiben würde den Rahmen komplett sprengen.
Um es kurz zu fassen: man macht und tut, um weiter im Content zu kommen (es gibt auch Clancontent) und wenn man dann soweit ist, wird entweder die Mechanik geändert, sodass man wieder von vorne anfangen kann, oder man wird beschissen... Aus Einsatz, Spass und Freude wurde Frust, Zorn und Enttäuschung! Es gibt in deren Forum eine Rubrik "Clans": wir wollten unseren Clan vorstellen, und derjenige wurde gebannt...
Man gewinnt eine Clanschlacht und bekommt keine Belohnung und solche Dinge, der Chat war verbuggt, der wechselte von alleine ständig zwischen Global und Clanchat, auch während des Schreibens, und anstatt das zu regeln, haute der Publisher Plarium (für mich jur noch Failium) immer schön weiter Content raus, um einfach nur Geld zu verdienen (das ist alles wahr) es wäre eine lange Liste.
Fangt mit dem Dreck nicht an, ein guter Rat! Trinkt lieber ein Bier auf der Parkbank, davon habt ihr mehr!

I like Plarium's games and don't really have anything to complain about. Most people get mad because they have to be the best of the best. All these games today are the same, same money oriented. For god's sake, be honest, if you really hate Plarium, why do you play their games? Raid Shadow Legends or Mech Arena are just games where you don't really lose anything. Why I only gave three stars is because of the support, they sometimes have no clue.

Ne mettais pas d'argent dans ce jeu, il nerf tout et si vous mettez de l'argent pour espérer avoir un champion, il finiront par le nerf en disans que non il rééquilibre, mais vous ne serez pâs remboursé du montant qui différencie le avant/après, bref investissement nul.
Moi qui pensais pouvoir enfin faire l'hydre en difficile, mes voeux sont tomber bien bas, vous n'aurais jamais 1 seul centime de ma part.

Also nun haben sie beim Freya Event den Vogel abgeschossen. Ich kenne kein Unternehmen, dass so habgierig ist und nicht einmal die Spieler informiert, dass die Punkte halbiert wurden.

My Plarium account suddenly got deactivated. When I contacted the support, among details such as my Plarium ID, which is hard to check when you can't login, and my location, they also asked for the creation date of the account. When I said I was unsure about some of those things they replied they wouldn't be able to help me without all those details. I ended up getting all that info, it was sheer luck, since I've had the account for many years. They reactivated the account and when I asked why that happened none of the reasons they gave applied to me. They couldn't even explain me that properly...

Very bad customer service. Run from this company and don't spend any money here. I'll probably keep playing the games purely for entertainment value. Giving a dime to a company like this is inadmissible.

Plarium is hands down the shadiest garbage app game company I have ever come across. They use every amoral psychological bs stunt known to predatory gaming simultaneously.
Their games aren't even games. They are shameless attempts at gambling addiction disguised as a game. Plarium is 100% a predatory company that runs nothing but fake free games, designed in the obvious manner of video game themed slot machines.
They are locked so far behind the nickel and dime paywall that literally every possible function is locked off, so that you must pay a nearly minute by minute stream of substantive cash, to play for more than 5 minutes every 2 days.
The pay wall is such a joke first you have to pay to get everything. Then you have to pay to level it.Then you need to pay to book it. Or you can go free to play and you will legitimately get the same thing ten years later and 9.98769 years after their absurd planned obsolescence makes it useless. Or they will enter a new game mode where the AI picks funny handi caps for you.... Like taking your three lvl 60 characters and locking them out and forcing you to fight with a food squad armed with unsharpened pencils. This is so you can experience " A true challenge." according to their fake review operators. But to the discerning eye it looks like they do everything and anything to keep new players from progressing. So unless your willing to spend literally thousands to barely budge the needle then Plarium isn't the company for you. But if you like running 30 something bucks of subscriptions per month for a garbage I phone Game and still having the bulk of the game locked behind a pay wall untill you spend insane money on top of the insane triple subscription you have to pay to get the same benefit as the normal subscription at any of the other freemium garbage games.

Soy usuario (pero dejaré de serlo) con pagos en varios juegos. Me he equivocado al cambiar el email (me comí una letra) al pedir ayuda me han pedido de todo por seguridad (eso lo entiendo..) he intentado facilitar lo que me han dicho pero ha sido imposible, me han llegado a decir que las imágenes en jpg, png y no en pdf (...) aunque si sabía lo que había, así que si que las vieron (...). Al final me han dicho que no.
Así que les pido como puedo poner una queja por escrito y simplemente no me han contestado más...
Solo quería cambiar el email..........mal servicio de atención al cliente.

I should explain my decision to discontinue the game. Apparently you are saying that the error is mine. I can accept that. What I can't accept is the 2 weeks you didn't help me with the problem. I couldn't get any action from you until I told you I was going to dispute the $400 I had spent on this one account. I have spent maybe $800 with your company. Poor service and taking no responsibility. Bad Show.

In het begin denk je, hallo wat is dit allemaal zoveel info om te doen. Eenmaal aangesloten bij een Leaque vraag je aan je medespelers hoe te doen. Een spel van eindeloos bouwen en zonder reclames. je kunt altijd door spelen.

Plarium macht ein Update und nichts geht mehr. Meine Mailadresse wird nicht anerkannt obwohl im Account hinterlegt. Bei Problemen kommen nur Standardantworten. Gezielte Hilfe stelle ich mir anders vor. Nie wieder. Schade...habe hier über 3 Jahre investiert und nun kann ich nicht mal mein Passwort zurück setzen. Nie wieder....

The damn pop-up everytime I start my laptop is super annoying. If I wanted to acces it then I would open the app on my own, it's just as annoying as raid's pop-ups. Instead of creating new features, focus on fixing your mistakes.

Da ich Battletech-Fan bin, habe ich mir dieses Spiel auf mein Smartphone geladen. Am Anfang hat es viel Spaß gemacht. Mittlerweile stehe ich immer öfters bis zum Maximum aufgelevelten Mechs gegenüber, denen ich nichts entgegen zu setzen habe. Außer ich gebe einen Haufen Kohle aus, um auch meine Mechs zu verbessern.
Gegen ein paar Euronen hätte ich ja nichts. Aber hier geht es richtig ins Geld. Und das ist es mir nicht wert.
Schließlich geht es hier nur um den Spaß, der einem aber mit der Zeit genommen wird, wenn man nur noch Kanonenfutter ist.

My log in information has worked for the years i have been playing on both accounts. one account has an issue and because i didn't have the original Email from years ago all the time and money i invested in the game has been stripped from me. i even went as far as giving them my ip, my personal emails, my streaming platform and following page and so on. still not enough for them. while talking to other main streamers from there page they where able to get there stuff back with less proof then i was told to give so if your not giving plariums pocket enough money they will just pee on you literally..

Plarium blocked my account and destroyed an entire clan.
I was playing on my account peacefully for 6 month , and became a chief of the clan. This clan was very developed and successful. After I made one purchase in the bank, my account was blocked without any valid reason, saying that I violated some terms. When I asked to explain me what exactly I did, support team refused. When I asked to remove me from the chief position, and assign another elder, they refused, so the clan got stuck with unavailable chief, without half of the important permissions.
They screwed up an entire clan without even explaining anything. And money that I spent there were not returned. I contacted my bank and asked them to mark my payment as fraudulent for any future transactions to this party. Support was unhelpful at all...
