Pinnacle Promotions Anmeldelser

From artwork to ordering and receiving the process was simple and easy. The customer service was excellent!

I ordered 4 items. 2 of which were fine, but the quality of the other 2 items was very poor. One top I ordered, a split neck tunic style with 3/4 sleeve has awful material (itchy, felt like a cheap kids baseball uniform) and the other material was tissue paper thin. These items were embroidered with the company logo, so the representative was unable to return or even exchange for something else. Disappointing and will not order again due to the lack of flexibility and poor quality.

Kristin was very helpful in developing a great product within our tight turnaround time. I truly appreciate her help!

I made several orders and none of them have arrived it's been a month and after speaking on the phone with Jordan I still have to wait is there some accommodation you can offer and the hats I wanted are not available either. it will be winter when the jackets come and or hats

Order the fleece for our Department, very nice!

We have ordered previously and have had many staffing changes since. Once I contacted, they were able to easily access our previous orders and provide our options for re-order. We were grateful for the smooth process.

Pinnacle promotions is phenomenal!!! I was able to get exactly what I needed for an event, done correctly and done quickly!!! They even had my graphics still on file from two years ago!!!

The mugs looks great, good quality for a great price.

Great experience with Pinnacle Promotions. Large choice of product, a great team to help you find which one can be delivered ASAP and also a great support ! Thanks

Products were available, easy to order, and arrived in a timely manner. They complied with the description and arrival date that was requested. Communication from the Pinnacle team was consistent and clear, answering all questions/concerns.
We will definitely be ordering from Pinnacle Promotions again.

Service

My customer rep is always helpful and that is appreciated.

Delivered as promised.

Hello
I have never received service from start to finish that I did with your team. Every year I hold a charity golf outing and with covid this year it was very difficult getting product for my gifts. Nanci Gonzales took on my request from the beginning and followed it through the entire process to ensure I received my expedited order on time. Nanci as well as your Art Team and Production and Shipping Team all KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I will definitely be back next year placing my order from your company.
Many THANKS!

Very helpful, efficient, and the product was excellent quality!

I ordered some luggage tags with my company logo. They were very quick to respond and make the appropriate changes. I will definitely use again.

The ordering process was easy and the chat feature was great for understanding the process to ensure my order was tax-exempt.
Thank you!
