WOW! What a company! I found Pinnacle on a search of Google. After reading their reviews, I made contact many months ago. They have been with me for the last year or so, always ready to answer emails or calls. My case was not straightforward and to be honest, I thought it was hopeless but I am pleased to say, I moved into my new home at the end of March. I couldn't be happier. A special mention to Sam who dealt with my case and was always ready with a solution. He and his team have been brilliant, I could not have asked for more. It seems to me that failure is not an option! That no case is impossible! I will certainly use them again when the great fixed deal they arranged for me comes to an end. Fixed fee for their services, worth every penny. Thoroughly recommend. THANK YOU!

I went to pinnacle not feeling very hopeful for a mortgage as I had a low paid job but how wrong was I, I first spoke to Jack who was really helpful in starting the process off,it was my first mortgage but he talked me through, then Jason secured a mortgage for me,I was blown away I could finally buy my very first home. Jason and Hayley were amazing from day one. They found me a superb deal, responded to questions very efficiently and are both very professional and friendly. Even when there were one or two issues, Hayley rolled up her sleeves and sorted things out quickly and effectively. Pinnacle even sent me some beautiful chocolates after I completed.
