When we stumbled across Dan Gracie at Pinnacle we had more or less given up on getting a mortgage having had one door slammed in our face after another. I never understood why, as I felt we were in a good position, but it hadn’t worked out like that. Not only was it a huge relief to get the mortgage (from a mainstream lender on a very low fixed rate) but both Dan and Rhiannon were an absolute pleasure to deal with all the way through; very efficient, quick to respond, brilliant communicators - so rare these days it seems.
