It's secured greatly and easy to access but it is mold on the ceilings which is a little concerning but other than that its great lockup.
Tried to update payment card details after receiving an email saying it had failed. Updated and paid on new card within 15 mins and somehow still recieved a late payment fee that is more than the... Vis mer

Absolutely Brilliant.
Fast and efficient service, clear instructions, very easy to follow. The units are very clean and in a great location. Great value for money. I would definitely recommend Pink Storage.

Needed something short term
Needed something short term, found pink storage the best value for money even after the discount, much better than others I have used, that over charge for insurance, which should not be compulsory, and if so should not cost more than home insurance, also worth noting that as soon as you no longer need, you are only charged the for a week, not month like others, and no notice period unlike others that ask for 14 days, simple online booking and same to cancel, will most definitely use again.

Very disappointed
Infuriating. Initially quick and easy to book and pay, after that it was a total nightmare, too much to list here. No phone contact after 5pm and weekends, was unable to gain access (the same for a few other people for a few days apparently) I arrived just after 5pm on the Friday (a bank holiday weekend). went around in circles trying to find how to contact someone. too late once I finally had an email from them. I had to take a whole van load home again. It ruined the whole weekend, I let people down, it also cost me financially. Conflicting information when I finally made contact. Gained access the next day, it was extremely difficult to open the doors and almost impossible to close them (it took two people a lot of effort). I need things from there but reluctant to go back in case I can't close them again. Was promised a call back a week ago when I attempted to complain but still haven't heard from them
