Habe mich vom Produktbild täuschen lassen. Abgebildet war ein personalisierbares 3D Modell eines Flugzeuges als Weihnachtsbaumschmuck mit goldener Kordel. Bekommen habe ich simple Schlüsselanhänger mit einer billigen Kette und Schlüsselring. Natürlich nicht als 3D Modell. Wirkt total billig. 45$ zum Fenster raus geschmissen. Finger weg von diesem Laden.

Do not buy from here!!! Bad products, takes forever to deliver, hang the phone on you if you try to call.

Truly a poor quality product! I paid 60 euros for an ATR72 logo backback, the product has arrived after 3 weeks, and it looks cheap as hell.
Really poor quality at look and touch.
If i think i spent 60 euros for this, i truly feel scammed and sad

I’m surprised how this company is still up and running. Customer service is non existent!!! It’s a joke how there is a no phone number to contact customer service. You need to contact via WhatsApp app which is no one is replying to you. I’ve sent messages and no one is helping. No one is answering email when I’m asking for my refund /return status. I ordered some shirts for my boyfriend and their size is not US size, product came from China size Large is not a truly Large. The shirts doesn’t fit so I have to ship it back to China and now they are not answering my emails when I’m asking them to refund my money. The items already arrived at their shop back in China sure not sure why they are not refund my money and clearly ignoring my emails.

It was my fault for not checking if this company is US based. Find out by surprised all of these craziness when the shirts don’t fit have to return it.

This company deserves zero star. I would need to report this issue to BBB since they are keeping my money.

I bought a phone case from this website about 2 weeks ago and it came with a sticker which is very nice but the delivery was a bit slow. Overall the experience wasn’t that bad. Its not a scam website don’t worry.

I am trying to return the vest I ordered because the mens XXL can only fit a 12 yr old boy. After several emails and messages through the website, I have gotten no response. This was a Christmas present. At this point I have lost my $$. If you are going to sell to people who are clearly GIANTS, then maybe size appropriately.
DO NOT BUY CLOTHING HERE. I don't want to order anything else from this company. They are a joke.

I ordered a couple of pilot wings name patches. They took my money but the order never arrived. I wrote back to chase them up and got a letter to say they found out my order had been delivered (which it hadn’t). They did not give details of who their courier was and ignored later letters so no, I wouldn’t order anything from them again.

The experience was extremely unpleasant for me. In my case, my order got stuck in China for several days; there was no communication from them. I needed to ask why it took so long, and they confirmed that my mobile number was incorrect. I received my order after a month, but I was told they couldn't cancel it until I received it. After I received the order, I asked them for a refund, and they told me that I had to ship it myself and that I would have to pay the shipping fees, which would have been almost the same price as my order, and that I would only receive a refund if it was received within 30 days of the receiving day. If you ask me, I would never recommend them,

well I will start from scratch. At first glance it seemed that this company just don’t give two sh*** about their customer. However, eventualy they responded to my emails and reasured me that everything will be sent soon and so it was. In the next couple days I received information that my thing left country of sender and are on the way. They arrived within 5 days afterwards. Everything was according to my order, perfect and flawless. Two things were missing…so I reached out to them on Whatsapp with concerns and their reaction was example of great customer service. Everything was sorted out within couple of days and the rest of my package was on the way in no time and perfectly arrived also.
So overal experience - everything takes times you must respect it as a customer and be patient but in the end, from my experience, pilot shop store is perfect and reliable website. Will order again soon from them!.

Really bad products. Came in a damageed package. Some of them smelled really bad. Not ok as size..Really badly made. Have tried to return the order but they did not acknowledge receiving my initial emails and to the one that they finally decided to reply they said it was too late to return as it will not get back in time to their warehouse in China. Bad products of low quality and a company that clearly just wants to steal your money and doesn't care about the service.

This is my WhatsApp Message to Aviation Shop.

I recently made some purchases from you, Order Number XXXXX and after some delays at XXXXX, I received my package on Monday 30th February (instead of 24th). I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with most of the products that I received as they are definitely not as per the pictures that was advertised on the Aviation Shop website in appearance and especially quality. I am extremely disappointed especially given the high price of some of the items and cost involved in getting the goods to me in South Africa. The details and reasons of my dissatisfaction and disappointment will follow below in pictures and comments of the respective issues.
NB: I send Pictures of all the unsatisfactory items with the below Captions.
Picture 1:
hese 'French' Circle Style epaulettes were $42 (rather expensive in my view) however, I am a freelance pilot and have various clients, including French, I wanted to have these and what I received, I cannot wear as it looks very unprofessional given the poor quality of workmanship with 1) the epaulettes are not even the same size 2) the so call circles are not round and not the same size 3) the backing material is not symmetric (evenly shaped) 4) the one (left) is not straight/in the middle 5) the fold/stitch in the back is not centralised. All in all a very inferior and poorly manufactured product.
Picture 2 (FDR Boxers)
This costs $25 each, again rather expensive so high expectation of a product that is matching of the cost. 1) the material itself is very thin and of poor quality 2) The print is smudged and very unprofessionally applied 3) the strips does not meet/match and does not run in the same direction.

Picture 4 (Remove Before Flight Boxers)
Again, cost $25. same issues as the FDR on. 1) smudged print 2) Poor quality of material 3) strips do run in same direction and do not meet or match from one panel to the next. This on is the proper bright red that it should be unlike the FDR one which is more burgundy or Maroon and definitely not the right shade of Red.
Picture 5 (The FDR and RBF Boxers side by side)
his picture is of the two products that are both Mediums (same size ordered) side by side where numerous differences can be seen. 1) the sizes are not the same, waist band and overall size 2) FDR (left) is of a much darker Red and more Burgundy/Maroon than the bright Red of the product picture on the site and the RBF one on the right 3) In both products, the strips in the various panels stritched together are not running in the same direction and they do not meet or match (not aligned) to the other strips on the other panels. 4) The length of the leg section from the crouch down are much shorter than the product picture on the website 5) These products received are definitely not anything like what is advertised and pictured on the website!!

I look forward to your response as I am definitely not prepared to accept the current Circle Style Epaulette and the two 'Special Edition' boxer shorts that I have received for the clear and precise reasons given above. I require and insist on first choice, the upliftment of these items and a replacement of these product of the same quality and workmanship as advertised by Aviation Shop and alternative, as a last resort, a FULL REFUND of these items and a portion of the courier/delivery cost of XXXXX.

J'ai subit un'arnaque de la part de cette societe je vous conseille de fuir ce site j'ai perdu 149 euros + 60 euros de frais d'expedition !!
Vous effectue un achat, on vous contact deux semaine apres en vous disant que le produit n'est pas disponible ,mais en revanche avec des variantes le meme produit peut etre disponible immediatement (toujour trois semaine d'attende) produit provenant de Chine. Qualite decevant , mauvaise taille , la faute est a vous puisque c'est vous qui etes trop grand c'est leur response en cas d'erreur ,apres supplice acceptent le renvois sous leur conseille et a vos frais en Chine .Resultat le produit demeure en douane ils n'ont rien a faire piusque ne veulent pas payer et oui la Chine fait Payer les produit qui rentre ,l'arnaque consiste dans le fait que une fois le produit bloquè en chine le recours avec Paypal est impossible puisque la societe est domicilie en angleterre et Paypal accepte le remboursement a condition que vous renvoyer le produit en Angleterre alors que eux vous demande de l'envoyer en Chine ,resultat encore plus de produit puisque mort en Chine , j'appel ca du vol au Total 200 euros jetez par la fenetre a Fuir !!!!!!!!!

Slow delivery and when it did arrive it was in such a state it's amazing nothing was broken. Please look elsewhere on the Web - it's not worth paying the high delivery charge when they can't even be bothered to package it up correctly.

Horrible experience so far !
I placed my order end of April.
- it took more than 2 months to be able to track my package.
- my package was stuck at customs in Belgium because : 1. A bill was missing that they failed to provide with the shipment . 2. There was a possibility to have to pay a 30% tax on the shipment because the package was coming from China. Two big surprises at the same time : the “made in China” and the custom tax were of course not mentioned anywhere on their website.
I provided all the required paperwork to customs but they still decided to send the package back to the origin.

After more than 4 months, I decided to ask for a refund, in accordance with the policy that is advertised on their website. First answer “not possible for the time being”. After that, all my refund requests have just being ignored. “We are working on this”. In their last email, they even tried to blame me for the issue.
Please don’t purchase from them, there are many other online pilot shops that are way more reliable !!

Late delivery, damaged parcel, broken frame, damaged print, wrong material. Shocking customer service.

When I contacted customer service in was told these were minor problems and I shouldn’t be complaining. Have raised a card dispute

I can safely say that I was not disappointed with the quality of the item received and I can recommend this company to others potential customers.
I was so pleased with my purchase that I sent them photos of my room.
I would give them a 5 star rating for service and fantastic communication was excellent.

Rather disappointed with my order #29184. The sweatshirt is of poor quality (made in China). The letters Airbus A380 are badly printed. One has the impression that they are alreday fading. In which state will be the sweatshirt after the 1st washing ? Sorry but I do not recommend buying any clothes from your site.

It took a few weeks for the product to arrive. However, it was worth the wait! The quality of the phone case that I ordered is fantastic.
