Still need the hat clips

I really like the Photon Freedom micro light, with the hat clip. I never use it without the clip. Had some issues with my order, hat clips were not included, but we got it all worked out eventually. I highly recommend this product. Photon always ships quickly, and, after the mix-up about the clips, customer service was excellent.

Love having the photon freedoms on hand light and bright. My children just got their first photons.

Hard to find product, told me the date they would be in stock and delivered. Exceeded their estimate. Nice to know I can find products that the manufacturer seems to have trouble keeping in stock.

The lights themselves get 5 stars and this is my second quantity order.
The shipping is what motivated 2 stars.

The soft bubble-wrap envelope was possibly stepped on during transit, so each of the four boxes were badly crushed.

The lights worked fine, but I couldn’t give any as gifts as I had hoped, because of the condition of the boxes. They looked awful and not at all presentable as gifts. Now I have four lights that I don’t really need.

Shipping them in a cardboard box might have helped because I have never received a crushed box. In my opinion a bubble envelop should only be used for items that can handle some reasonable amount of weight without damage.

Order was delayed initially, owner called me personally to update me on the status. Delivered quickly. Overall, happy with my experience here.

Great lights, especially for Hurricane power outages. Have them in every room and the key chains.

Bryan is most helpful. Products, work, and work for a long time. (Other LED flashlights work for a while and are not as bright as promised (for long.)) Live and learn.
