Photon lights are fantastic. Bought the entire family some for Christmas. They are durable and bright enough. And batteries are easy replaceable.

Been replacing this light for 1-2 decades as the batteries die. Tried several colors, but the bright white is the most useful and longest lasting. It's literally saved my life when hiking along cliffs. The stay on button is essential for hands free in certain situations. Fast shipping. A must have accessory.

Excellent products, the Freedom logic is without compare. My favorite keychain light, but 15 years ago in 2007 I took it off my keychain and have been wearing it as a pendant ever since. Excellent turn around time, ordered several lights and they shipped the next day.

My extended family (kids, grandkids, spouses, and my wife and I, have approximately 28-32 Photon X-light Micro units in service from Maine to Colorado. Our two great-grandkids will each receive two of them this Christmas. We have both clear and safety orange units. We tried other Photon models and don't like them. We are mostly very happy with these units. BUT: we use them heavily for all kinds of purposes, and we have discovered that no matter how precise and careful we are, by the time you change the battery five times, the clip that holds it together, breaks and the two halves can no longer be joined. Also, the "bridge" on which the ring is mounted, also breaks easily. Photon claims the lights have a lifetime warranty, but methinks that if they get a lot of returns from our family members, they will find a loophole in this warranty. So I have designed a cheap and effective work-around that uses narrow strips of super-reinforced tape, and short pieces of stainless wire, to overcome the materials and design flaws. A number of these units have been in service in backcounty, combat, and city areas for many years, and we use so many of them we have found a source of batteries that costs ~$8 for a pack of 20 cells. I installed new cells in two units this morning, and that reminded me to write this review.

I’ve been carrying one of these lights on me for years and just bought more for gifts. They’re awesome and the actual on/off switch verses a hold down button was a great improvement. Great product.
