A massive thank to Phil, Alex and all the team for letting my mums house for her. You helped her to understand what the procedure was and were always there to help and advise her. She is very pleased and the tenant is fantastic and a few months in all is going great. I would highly recommend Philip Alexander. Thanks again for a 5 star service.

Landlord would not deal with rat issue
Landlord agree jobs doing pre contract and once signed contract did none of the work.
The letting guys are great, until you have a issue - total silence and the letting manger is never around
Worst experience - get a break clause and run

Not only did I buy my previous house…
Not only did I buy my previous house through Phillip Alexander, but I sold the same house through them 7 years later. Extremely professional and always helpful, I would recommend this local firm to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

Great team and a very professional business!
Great team and a very professional business! PhilipAlexander provided us a first class letting service and as first time landlords they offered all the necessary guidance and support we needed. From ads, viewings, contracts to move in, they made our first experience of letting a property so easy, i cannot recommend them enough!

A first class agent like no other !!
Philip Alexander has let and managed my properties for a number of years now because simply they are in a different league to any other agent I have ever used. They are professional and honest, and manage and deal with any issue with speed and professionalism. I can not recommend them highly enough if you are thinking of using them just bite the bullet and do it you won’t be disappointed.
