I was so impressed by the service I received from Petmonkey that I will be ordering from them on a regular basis from now on. I was informed of the progress of my order every step of the way. This is the third time I've been back…
This is the third time I've been back to repeat a dog food order from PetMonkey, and it won't be the last.
With extremely competitive prices, discount codes, VERY fast turnaround on the order, 'shippypro' notification emails at every step AND delivery to my door from one end of the UK to the other in a few days...what's not to like!?
PetMonkey Ltd ship with great care (the 15kg dog food bag is in a cardboard box to avoid damage), unlike other places I've bought from (Amazon) where the bag is just shipped ''as is'', and is often ripped/torn/taped up on arrival where it has been dragged along the depot or delivery van floor. With PetMonkey putting the bag in a box, it greatly minimises damage, and I'm really grateful for that. Yes, they 'could' slap a delivery label direct to the bag and save a bit of money by not using cardboard, but they don't. This shows (to me), that they care about the product arriving safe and sound, which means they care about the customer being happy, and that adds up to a 1st class service.
The shipping is faultless, (It's always been DHL as the courier) and although it states delivery within 2 business days, if I order something, it always takes 3 days (I think that is due to my location in Mainland UK) - but still - it's really good going considering I am in North East Scotland!
I personally will be very happy to keep shopping with PetMonkey. I highly recommended you give them a go if you've not already done so. A full 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Bought 15k dog food from them through…
Bought 15k dog food from them through eBay.
The package had a 10% discount voucher valid for one year.
After 4 months tried to redeem it on another 15k, code not accepted.
Wrote a number of emails politely asking why, replies were difficult to get, but eventually I was told I bought it on the wrong website? Beware.

The discount voucher will only work on the website advertised on the voucher itself, it wont be redeemable on ebay, amazon or any other 3rd party site. ebay and amazon have their own discount voucher system. We thought the discount voucher made it clear which website it would work on but unfortunately you are not the first person to try to use the code on a website other than ours. Our sincere apologies for the confusion. We will make it much clearer on the next batch. Should we decide to offer customers loyalty vouchers in the future.
