Anmeldelser for PetLinkGPS for Dogs

When the tracking works it is great. Has a tendency to not give an accurate location when it finally connects. Connection can take a long time to actually connect.

I like the product because it lets me know in a few minutes that my pet is missing and shows me where he is. I wish it would also text me to look at the email. It would be faster in knowing my pet is gone. I have a Yorkie, for him the gps is very large on him. I wish it was smaller so it isn’t cumbersome.

Sets your mind at ease knowing you can find your dog if it gets out. Ours was a local runner we adopted, and she will be gone like a bullet if she gets out of backyard or off leash.

It’s nice to have peace of mind if your fur baby accidentally get out.

I received this GPS unit with a 1 month free trial. I liked it allot, unfortunately the PetLink site will not let me submit payment for my 1 year subscription. I've gotten several 'screenshot this and tech support is looking into it' via online all to zero success. How about you contact me, take my CC information and turn on the subscription. This concept seems to be way too complicated for PetLink and makes it impossible to use with my dog. PetLink you have my contact information JUST CALL and let me give you my money! Good Grief! So far the company has been extremely frustrating to deal with from a customer service perspective

Sent back the PetLink GPS right after receiving. Spent $16.00 to do this with all info in box and all original packing, etc. Have not received a refund or a call regarding the refund although I have tried numerous times. Good luck if you change your mind on this item!

Dont work with my phone! No choice but to give it a zero out of ten. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your money. It’s junk! Pictures show our dog miles away when I could see her in our yard.

Unfortunately, the PetLink GPS collar did not work as advertised for us. The very first night we activated it, it sent multiple escape alerts even though our dog was safely at home. The alerts showed her in completely different locations miles away, when she was actually right where she was supposed to be. For a GPS tracker, accuracy is the entire point of the product. False alerts showing your dog miles away when they are sitting safely at home completely defeat the purpose and make it impossible to know whether an alert is real. PetLink later attributed the issue to the Energy Safe Zone/Wi-Fi connection, but our Wi-Fi was brand new and located right next to the dogs. We stopped using the collar after the first night because we simply couldn't trust the information it was providing. I purchased this for peace of mind and the safety of my dog, and unfortunately it had the opposite effect.

Wanted to love it, but it just doesn't track, and it's not responsive (takes forever for app to respond)

Awesome product for my lab/prynese mix, who of course, loves to wonder! The new app is slower than the old app at connecting with device. And it seems to have a delay. Overall great product.

Useless. And zero accountability from seller
