its was easy I wish mine wasn't as complicated

In 3 years, they have raised our monthly premium from $100 to $250 to $450 without any change in coverage or allowable amounts. The dog is already 8, so preexisting conditions are present and limit alternative options. Just a predatory company and poor experience overall. Do not recommend.

I don't like that I can't combine payments into one for the multiple pet policies I have. I called to add our new puppy on the policy instead of doing it online because I was hoping I could somehow combine the payments into 1 pymt per month instead of 3 but was told I can't because each dog has to have their own policy and own pymt. Seems ridiculous that you can't at least combine the payments.

Clear information and competitive pricing

Loyal Nationwide customer for many years. Paid my premiums knowing that routine care was not covered. Finally had a large expense for an eye surgery for my dog. Denied. Sent more backup information and notes from the vet on appeal. They cited fine print that they could only cover a few hundred dollars for diagnosis and for surgery. What is the point of paying for insurance if you don't cover major medical procedures. Total scam company. A pox on you!

The program was pretty simple to use and broke down all the options available to us. We had used a different carrier in the past with another cat and had a few issues. This looks to be pretty straightforward and since my whole family adores this little kitten any help keeping her healthy will be Greatly appreciated!
