Customer Service Top Notch
I had a great experience with Peter Tyson, especially Michael, who was excellent throughout.
I had an issue with a product I'd purchased, and rather than brushing it off, Michael kept me updated, dealt directly with the supplier, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication was prompt, professional and honest from start to finish.
It's refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about customer service after the sale. Because of the way this was handled, I'd have no hesitation buying from Peter Tyson again.

Well PT got it right this time
Well PT got it right this time. My last couple of orders were delivered in unsealed boxes which was cause for concern. This time the box was sealed and also placed inside a sealed poly bag, so thanks for that PT. I'm chuffed to bits with the Sennheisers, sold at a great price. Delivery was also pretty quick. What a refreshing customer experience. Extremely impressed.
I had an issue when my new oven arrived with some damage and a couple of concerns regarding its condition. From the outset, Joe was absolutely excellent to deal with.
He responded to every email incredibly quickly, kept me informed throughout, and genuinely went above and beyond to reach a fair resolution. Rather than simply dismissing my concerns, he took the time to seek guidance from the manufacturer regarding the appliance's safety standards and warranty position, ensuring that all of my questions were answered.
Joe was professional, courteous, and understanding throughout the process. He listened to my concerns, worked with me to find a solution. He made what could have been a stressful situation straightforward and positive.
It's refreshing to receive such responsive and customer-focused service these days. A big thank you to Joe for his outstanding support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and the company based on the level of customer care I received.
