The playing cards look amazing for the price and arrived really quickly, but I found the website a bit clunky, compared to other sites. It won’t stop me buying more though!
A beautifully presented set of playing cards for my husband on our first anniversary. The process was a bit clunky on my phone but worked much better on my laptop.
Trustable place. The quality is good and the delivery too. Bad thing is the price of cards + transport+ customs is expensive, appart fron that everything really good. Customization of cards is reall... Vis mer

All I needed and more
Fantastic customer service, really easy process (the interface for designing cards looks complex but is actually super simple), and unbelievably quick.
Was able to make a card game for a birthday present with no hitches.

High quality for a good price
Cards were very high quality as was the packaging, the shipping took longer than expected but when I checked the customer service person was very helpful and the delay was caused by machine error not the fault of the company
Highly recommend

Long delay and no info, arrived too late.
I ordered on Jan 8, assuming that my order would be ready by Feb. 1. I received no more information about the order, no confirmation etc. I finally inquired about It on 24.01. No reply. I asked again on 27.01. Turns out that I made a mistake on my order. They claim they were trying to contact me about it but they used a different email address which I don't understand how they got that one. (They could have easily used the address that we were corresponding with). I fixed the mistake in my order but it was too late to receive it by my event date.
I believe they are a good company, but my experience wasn't the best. Their correspondence was very professional when I did receive it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed with the overall experience.
Once the order was placed, we reached out to the email address provided at checkout regarding an artwork issue. Despite multiple chasers being sent, we did not hear back until you contacted us on an alternate email address.

good but not too much
good but not too much. The print quality and the service is kind and good but the cards are too thin and light. I also paid 20 euros in customs for France so the total cost was 60 euros for two decks...definitely too much for the product received.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're glad to hear that you loved the print quality and customer service. Regarding the card thickness, our cards are designed to be thin and light while having a black core so that they are completely opaque, perfect for card tricks and casinos.
Concerning the customs charges, these fees are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.
If there's anything more we can assist you with, please let us know at info@personalisedplayingcards.com
