Not what it used to be…
I have been buying many Perricone MD products for over twenty years and was usually happy with the quality and results. My biggest issue now is that some (very popular) products have been phased out and replaced with new ones. I was especially attached to their previous lipstick-moisturizer that came in nice matte colors and smelled good enough to eat. Then, suddenly, it was discontinued. Their Cold Plasma + night cream used to be thick and very nourishing. They’ve now updated the formula, and I find it much less moisturizing and almost dry.
But what upset me most was their money-making tactic with the Cold Plasma Advanced Serum. It was very popular, and they stopped offering the larger sizes. So now, you can only buy it in small jars at absurd prices. As a long-time and loyal customer, this makes me feel undervalued, and I feel taken advantage of. Maybe it’s time to move on…

I have been using Perricone products…
I have been using Perricone products for over 10 years and I have never had a concern or complaint. I do get many compliments on what beautiful skin I have and I feel it is from good skin care and the products I use. I consistently use the tinted moisturizer and the photo brightening moisturizer. The tinted is too much color alone, so I mix equal parts brightening and tinted for what is just right for me.

I have shopped directly Pericone MD…
I have shopped directly Pericone MD USA, by giving the address info as Canada on behalf of my aunt on 24th of April. But for some reason the parcel has been send back to Pericone MD on 30th of April. Since that date, the situation has become increasingly frustrating. It has been almost 45 days since my order date, and Pericone MD has still not provided a resolution. Despite sending six reminders to the company, the refund for my returned order has not yet been processed. They continue to delay the issue with messages instead of taking concrete action. The amount of CAD 315 has still not been refunded to my aunt credit card. At this point, I have no choice accusing Pericone MD of unprofessional conduct and withholding the payment.
