As always my treatment was dealt with in a totally friendly and efficient manner. My wife and I have been using this dental surgery for many years, and never had a problem. Hopefully we will be able to continue this service for many more years to come. Susanne is a very good dentist, and always puts you at ease.

Great service today. My appointment was at 9.30, I arrived just after 9am. I was seen pretty much straight away. Bonus! I have a new dentist who I met for the first time and he was very welcoming and friendly. Explained things to me as he was checking. Really great experience today 🙂

I was very pleased with the intense treatment that I received from from the locum hygienist.

The appointment was on time. The receptionist was welcoming, polite, helpful and efficient.
The dentist, and assistant, were similarly as above. Dental surgeon was thoroughly professional, and friendly in her approach, and gave her assessment clearly, and in a pastoral manner.

This deplorable practice have updated their answers to make it appear that they stuck to protocol even though in their previous answers they did not and would not answer my concerns and have deleted a lot of their replies and comments, they have also had my reviews removed where I had challenged them on lying to me about the location of my dentist and the fact they had no right whatsoever in contacting my dentist. This demonstrates what a thoroughly dishonest practice they are and I would urge anybody on reading this to never use their practice . I am not criticising the dentists employed there because I do not know them and only saw one dentist on one occasion when I visited after I had found out my dentist had resigned. My complaint is the fact they are consummate liars and will have factual reviews removed , they will have their repetitive answers removed then add on info about not being able to supply me with the whereabouts of my dentist because of data privacy etc. when I had never asked for the whereabouts of my dentist I am quite aware of data privacy etc. hence why I never asked, to conduct their business in such a reprehensible fashion is shameful they should not be allowed to continue in business especially working for the NHS.
The practice is intentionally misleading readers in their reply. I never asked them to divulge my dentist's private information or whereabouts.My issue is that staff actively lied to me on two separate occasions claiming she had moved out of London when she had not. Furthermore,the practice contacted my dentist without my consent to probe into our private discussions. Legally withholding information is fine, fabricating lies to manipulate patients and breaching privacy is not. This is a matter for the ombudsman etc.

S. Shrivastava was excellent. Had a check up and hygienist appointment and both times he was really informative. Dental nurse was attentive and understanding. Reception team were also amazing and helped me with any queries I had. Thank you
