I begin by expressing that I had strong reservations in ordering a jammer from a random Chinese website.

The website displayed a full catalogue of products with what seemed reasonable pricing., I placed an order and arranged for a wire transfer bank to bank.

The ordering process was easy and I received prompt and well written responses from the customer care people.

Once they had confirmed receipt of payment, I was told that the shipment was being processes.

I received my order seven days later and exactly as advertised.

I'm very happy with my purchase; and with what I would rate their customer service as excellent.

They did what they said when they said. They answered & responded with email, text & calling. I will use this business again.

After 10 emails back and forth since 2024 this company told me to remove my bad review and they would send me a new working unit. I told them to make good and I would remove the review.
Still nothing in 3 months. Read the other review how they wanted me to mail the faulty unit to another customer in Ohio. I have all the emails.
In response to the false information below. I contacted the person in Ohio and he wrote to you and cancelled his order that you wanted me to send him. He also gave a review. No tests were performed by you and you failed to send me a new unit only if I removed the review. You even said you had Chinese holiday and would send after. More false statements.
Just send me the unit I asked for in the now 12 emails.

Site à fuir. Refuse de rembourser une commande sous 30 jours conformément à leur politique de vente. Un scandale.

I was skeptical at first and wondered was I actually ever going to receive it and would it actually work as described. But it does I am more than impressed! It was well worth the wait look forward to doing future business!

Ordered a jammer. they charged my CC and cannot get tracking help. no responses. spent almost 800$ I was worried this would happen. when I wrote them directly before purchase asking what my guarantee is they said check reviews. funny their reviews aren't reviews their questions not one actual review. show me any review of their site from an actual purchaser. It's funny on this website the good reviews happen to come from China. and use fake names. the one other bad review was from Australia. but of course perfect jammer wouldn't have their own employees leave fake reviews right? of course not.

I’ve been waiting more then a month for my package. It says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. I’ve contacted them and haven’t heard anything back

I have bought it many times on this website. Each device is very effective. Their customer service is a very polite gentleman. I have to say, I can't find any fault except the speed of transportation

I once purchased a 4-channel desktop interference device from perfectjammer.com. The product gives me great satisfaction. And it's very cheap. The only drawback is that the freight is too slow.
