Lisa was very understanding and did an amazing job
Lisa did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable to share my situation as to why I needed to apply for an extension as well as a hardship arrangement and also followed me through the options of what was the best solution for my situation. Lisa had a very calm tone and was willing to help me out and answer any questions that I had in mind as I was completely transparent with everything due to her professionalism.
