Thank you for sticking with us over the past few years, it means a lot! We're delighted the projects have always brought interesting topics your way and felt well organised and managed throughout. That consistency is exactly what we strive for, so it's wonderful to know it's shown. Here's to many more research projects together!
Entire experience well organised.
The patience of the staff is amazing. Not the most confident Teams user, they guided me through, made my feel that my experiences and opinions were valued. And the subjects make me think more deeply on experiences that I am likely to skim over. The set up proceedure was first class. And the provision of a telephone number was appreciated. Hope to be asked again.

What a lovely thing to read, thank you Anne! Teams can feel daunting if it's not something you use often, so we're really pleased the team could talk you through it patiently and make sure you felt genuinely valued along the way. And we love that the subjects got you thinking more deeply about things. Glad the setup went smoothly and that having a phone number to hand helped too. Fingers crossed we'll be in touch with another one before long!

Excellent
They are great, no complaints at all. I get sent a few survey suggestions maybe every fortnight or so - not spammed by any means but also enough to keep you going!
I don’t want to talk to anyone so I was waiting for one that was 100% text-based. It took a month or so although I may well have accidentally overlooked some, but anyway, I did my first survey and had to reach out for help. I had a reply quite quickly by a pleasant and helpful person, and I was able to complete the survey.
Stress-free experience and was expecting to have to wait a while for payment, but it came through within days!

A top-notch Study experience
A top-notch Study experience! I found the Study topic both relevant and interesting to my experience and lifestyle. The moderator/Researcher was very professional, lovely, and engaging. A terrific experience overall, and a great way to add my voice to a topic and share my opinions/experience...hopefully for the benefit of others. Highly recommended!
